Sara looked at Vincent and Aiden.
"Hey sis." Aiden said. Scott looked at Vincent and Aiden. "Are you okay? Did he do anything to you?" He asked. "No. He didn't." Vincent said. "Are you sure? You look shaken." Scott said, hugging him.
Sara looked at Vincent worried.
Aiden looked at the ground, guilty. "I'm sorry..." He whispered. Then, he ran away. "Aiden!" Vincent shouted.
"Aiden! Wait!" Sara ran after Aiden.
Aiden ran into the forest he and Vincent went to before and stopped to catch his breath. He saw Sara catch up to him.
Sara grabbed Aiden's wrist as she stopped to catch her breath as well. "W-Why are you running away?" She asked.
Aiden looked at her, then at the ground with tears welling up in his eyes.
Sara hugged Aiden.
Aiden hugged Sara back. "I'm sorry... I let my emotions get the best of me... I tried to help Vincent remember something, but... I ended up getting consumed by my own jealousy and... *sniff* I ended up scaring Vincent... I-I'm sorry..." He sobbed.
Sara rubbed Aiden's back. "Shh...... It's okay..... It's okay...." She said.
Aiden continued to cry and sobbed into Sara's shoulder.
Sara continued to rub Aiden's back as she whispered comforting words.
After a while, Aiden calmed down.
"Feeling better?" Sara asked.
Aiden nodded.
Sara smiled warmly. "That's good."
Aiden smiled back. "Thank you." He said.
"You're welcome. Now, let's get back to the others. They might be getting worried." Sara said.
Aiden nodded.
Sara held Aiden's hand as both of them went back to the others.
The others looked at Aiden. "Vincent told us everything. We know you love him, Aiden, but you need to understand that there is gonna be someone else that he loves." Mike said. "I-I know. It's just... Whenever I see them together, I feel... jealous. Scott helped Vincent a whole lot in getting his memories back. I... I want to do the same, but... I just get consumed by my own jealousy. I-I just can't help it." Aiden said, hanging his head low. "Aiden..." Vincent hugged him. "It's okay. I know you're just trying to help me." He said.
Sara hugged Aiden as well.
Aiden sighed and hugged them back. "I know that you love me and I..." He looked at Scott. He nodded. He looked back at Aiden. "I love you too." He said. Aiden blushed. "Ah... T-Thank you." He said, smiling. "But... You're dating Scott. I just feel like I'm getting in the way." He said. "No. You're not getting in the way, Aiden." Vincent said.
Sara looked up at the sky, seeing the stars shining. She noticed a woman looking at her with a gentle smile on her face. Sara blinked and saw that the woman was gone.
"Sis? Is everything okay?" Aiden asked.
"Yeah, everything's fine." Sara replied.
"Are you sure?" Aiden asked.
"Yeah, I'm sure." Sara replied.
Aiden looked up at the sky. "Alright." He said. "Hey guys. Can we set off fireworks now?" Mary asked.
Sara looked at Mary. "Sure."
Marylin set up the fireworks. "Alright. Let's do this!" She said and lit one up. Everyone stood back as it shot up into the sky.
