Chapter 10

*The next day*

August 8th

Mike slowly woke up and saw Sara. He shook her a little. "Hey. It's time to wake up." He whispered.

Sara slowly opened her eyes and saw Mike, she smiled a little. "Morning..." She said.

"Did you sleep well?" He asked.

"Yeah." Sara said as she sat up.

"That's good. What would you like for breakfast?" Mike asked.

"Scrambled eggs and toast." Sara replied.

"Alright. Coming right up." Mike said, smiling. He went downstairs and made some breakfast. Stacey and the others came downstairs. "Morning guys." Mike said. "Morning, Mike." Scott said.

Sara yawned a little as she went downstairs as well.

Soon, Mike is done making breakfast. He put their plates of food in front of them. "Here you go, Sara." He said as he set her plate of scrambled eggs and toast in front of her.

Sara smiled warmly and kissed Mike's cheek. "Thanks, Mike." She said.

"You're welcome." He said, smiling back. They started to eat their breakfast.

Sara took a bite out of the toast.

While everyone was eating breakfast, Baby saw Aiden and Scott getting cuddly with Vincent. She wondered what was up with them.

Sara looked out the window as she felt the wind flow. Sara looked down, her hair covering her eyes.

"Sara? Are you okay?" Baby asked.

"Yeah, I'm fine. Just a little tired is all..." Sara said.

"Are you sure?" Baby asked.

"Yeah..." Sara said, she began to shake a little as tears began to fall from her face.

Baby hugged her. "What happened last night wasn't your fault. I'm still here and that's all that matters." She said.

Sara hugged back as she buried her face in Baby's shoulder, crying quietly.

Baby rubbed her back. "Shh... It's okay... It's okay..." She whispered.

Sara kept crying quietly on Baby's shoulder, until she began to calm down.

"Are you feeling better?" Baby asked.

Sara nodded.

Baby smiled. "That's good. So, shall we get to work?" She asked everyone. "Yes." Everyone said. Aiden washed all the dishes and they got ready for work. Later, everyone arrived at the pizzeria.

Sara stretchered a little as she walked in the pizzeria with everyone else.

Nigel saw everyone. "Hey Vincent. Did you and the others have a good time?" He asked. "Yeah." Vincent said. Nigel looked and saw Baby. "Ah, Baby! It's been a long time!" He said. "It's been a long time too, Nigel." Baby said.

Sara smiled warmly.

"Wait. You know her?" Aaron asked. "Yeah. She was the original animatronic at the sister location." He said.

"I kinda forgot about that place." Sara said.

Baby giggled. "It's alright, Sara." She said.

Sara smiled gently.

Later, the others got to work. Vincent was fixing one of the lights on Pirate Cove when he felt a pair of arms wrap around his waist. He looked and saw Aiden resting his head on his shoulder. "Oh! Uh, hi." Vincent said, blushing. "Mmm... Hey, Vinny." Aiden said. "Um, you know, you could have done this at home." Vincent said, looking at the children, concerned that one of them would see. "But you're so cute that I couldn't resist." He said, burying his face in Vincent's neck.
