Chapter 1: Berry Quest

* Aphmau's pov *

It was a usual day in Phoenix Drop, birds were chirping , and the towns people were chatting in the plaza. I was going to go back to sleep when I sniffed the air. Thats when I knew something was missing. Zoey wasn't home, and neither were my boys.

I looked back outside and saw a large blanket on the shore along with 2 little boys, a dog, and a fairy. "I guess it's time I checked on everyone". I put on my clothes and headed out the door and down to the docks.

Zoey saw me coming her way stood up and said " Good morning Lady Aphmau, sleep well?". " Enough I suppose " I said baring a smile on my face. Malachi was eating a cake which made me happy because this time he wasn't pretending to eat. He was human."Hi mom!"Hi sweetie". "Mommy, auntie zooy make yummys!" I gave my boys hugs, Zoey gave me a cake for the way, and Thorgi gave me a big lick on the cheek.

* Garroth's pov *

" Good morning Laurence and Dante " Go Away Garroth, it's my day off and I want to take it easy today so let me sleep ya got it?". I knew it was his day off along with Dante, it was fun watching them get angry in the morning. I put on my armor and started to head down the ladder when Laurence said "And don't even try to take Lady Aphmaauuu". He drifted off

I went out to the plaza hoping Lady Aphmau would be checking with everybody. She was talking to Donna, Kiki, Molly, and Kawaii~chan. "Good morning Lady Aphmau, morning lady's."." Good morning Garroth ". The women all said at once." Oops before Kawaii~chan forgets, can Aphmau~senpai go to Scaleswind for some berries?"

"I can go with you Lady Aphmau if you would like me to" I said it right away, since Laurence might be sleeping the entire day I figured this could be my moment without disruptions." Are you sure, I can handle it myself so you can stay and relax".

No,no really I insist, plus you and I can catch up". "Well, okay let's get ready for the trip meet you back here in an hour.

* Laurence's pov *

"AAAHHHH" I yelled at the top of my lungs. Dante had fallen off his bed in alarm. "WHAT HAPPEND". "Oh good, it was just a dream". "Really...." Dante said I could tell he wasn't happy about me waking him. "Go to sleep before I steal you and Lady Aphmau's table"." Weird that was what my dream was about". We both laughed and went back to sleep.
