That's Kay. He's such a cutie.

Thud thud.

I felt a lot of pain across my body, but the greatest pain came from my chest. I felt sore all over and my chest felt like someone was hitting it.

Thud thud.

"Huh," I sprung up gasping for air. I felt a fluffy surface underneath me, it was a mattress. We were in a place that I had never seen before and I was with Brent. But I couldn't see Felicity.

"Hey," Brent said with a worried smile in his face.

"Hey," I replied.

"How do you feel?"

"Like crap," I said, then I tried to chuckle. At that moment, I felt a horrible pain on the sides of my stomach and my chest. "Ow!"

"Calm down, its OK," Brent said reassuringly while slowly picking me up from the ground.

"What's wrong with me? Why am I in such pain and where is Felicity?"

"Do you remember anything that happened."

"No. What happened, how long was I unconscious?"

"Its been two days."

"Two days! What? Wait a second," images started flashing through my head like some kind of hurricane. I felt like I was beeing hit by a frying pan. "LAUREL!" I shouted.

"Exactly," Brent said with a frown.

"That guy who took her, who was he? Why did he take her? Why did we get ambushed? How did he know where we were? Where did he take her? How is Felicity? Oh my goodness is she-"

"Hey, princess please, one question at a time alright," he said with an annoyed look. I blushed.

"I'm sorry. Your sister got kidnapped, your girlfriend was injured and you're stressed out. I shouldn't be making things worse for you; but I can't help it. Please try to understand me too. I got beaten up, probably internally injured and watched one of my best friends get kidnapped while the other one got injured," I said giving him a look. He sighed.

"I know, I'm sorry too. But one question at a time, ok?" he asked and I nodded.

"The guy who took Laurel away is called Kay, and he was once the love of her life. You see, back in high school, Kay and I were best friends; the talk of the campus and the crushes of the year. But there was just something about Kay that some people liked more. Maybe it was his bad boy appearance but cool behaviour. And that something is what made Laurel fall for him. Laurel was beautiful, she could have had any guy that she wanted but she chose Kay. And the same applied to Kay, he chose Laurel," he sighed.

"Those two secretly dated for two years until I found out about it. I was hurt that the two people I cared about the most couldn't tell me the truth, so I gave them the cold shoulder. Until one day, I saw Kay in a corner of the road with some guys, taking some kind of drug. I got closer only to see that it was marijuana. But, unfortunately for me, one of them spotted me."

" Kay told me not to tell Laurel. He said that he would kill me of I did. But of course I wasn't going to hurt my sister like that. I told him that I wouldn't tell her anything if he stayed away from her but he refused. When I got back home, I told Laurel to dump Kay because he didn't deserve her, but she thought I was just beeing mean. I told her to follow him the next day and see for herself. "

"She followed him after school and found out that not only was he a drug addict but also a gang leader and a thug. She was heartbroken and so she broke up with him. He thought that I told Laurel everything. So he tried to kill me. Laurel found out and called the police. He was arrested but one of his gangsters claimed guilty and took his place in prison. When he was free to go, he vowed to Laurel that one way or another, she was going to fall for him all over again and they would be together. After all of this happened, both Laurel and I were still hurting and that's when we met the new guys, Mason and Jace. Since then we've been pretty tight," he said.
