I was still in the same black clothes the next week. Sitting on the couch. Eating left over cookies when I got a call from an unknown person.
"Hello?" I said.
"Hello, Miss Madison Beer?"
"That's her." I said.
"Well hello, I'm Henry Brown, I'm your grandma's lawyer and financial adviser and I wanted to see you to talk to you about her will. When can you meet up with me?" He asked.
Oh. Just great... "How about tomorrow at Joey's coffee house?" I asked.
"Okay, I'll see you there."

He was a tall big man with brown hair and eyes, he seemed like a happy person who loves his job, a workaholic.
"Your grandma had a lot of money, if you didn't know. She left everything for you, including her beach house at Malibu. She said she wanted you to be there because she saw how happy you were, she just wants you to be happy." He said, smiling at me.
I was shocked. She left it all for me. Wow.
