Snow Barnes leaned against the steel wall of her "room". Her head creating a rhythm as she banged it agaist the cold metal. The floor was painted with pages of sketched faces and objects. She never understood what they ment, but she knew it was close to her. It been so long since she been on Earth. She knew that was home, but that was it.

The constant dream bugged her. As if she was there, but couldn't do anything.

Her ears began to ring and Snow quickly grabbed her notepad and pencil as another scene flashed in her head.

"Get a wheelchair and inform Nat we are coming." The man with the blonde hair instructs. The man with dark skin leaves and the woman with long brown hair follows. She comes back with a wheelchair and The man with Blonde hair helps The girl with the white hair get into it. The cold metal touches her skin, giving her goosebumps. The Blonde pushes them to the elevator where the dark skinned man is waiting for them. They enter and the doors close.

"Holding." The Dark skinned man tells the elevator.

"Confirmed." It says back and the four start to descend. The White haired girl tug on her fingers in fear. When the door opens a woman stands there. She wore a black cat suit and her hair was red and curled.

"This the girl?" She ask The Blonde. He nods and she smirks. "You are lucky we are friends Rodgers. Tony would be so pissed if he found out."

She leads them to a room with clear walls. Inside was The man with the metal arm. He was wearing a white tank top, and black sweatpants. His hair was a lot short now. He sat on the cot and stared at the wall. The Blonde pushed the white haired girl to the wall, and he didn't notice.

"Hey Buck." He didn't move. "I brought someone to see you." His face was emotionless, Winter came back. She place her hand on the glass.

"Papa?" She croaks. Tears starting to flow. His head snapped in her direction and his face softened.

"Snow?" He whispered, as if He didn't believe it was her. She nod and smile lightly. He rushed to the glass and stood on his knees. She saw the tears appearing in his face. He had a slight smile on his face, and looked relieved. "You are awake."

"Yeah."She says as she sniffle. "Gave them hell when I couldn't find you." He chuckles slightly. His Metal hand goes against her pale hand. The glass keeps them apart and it hurt. "Why are we here?" She ask.

"You needed to see a doctor, so we brought you here."

"But you are stuck here now." She cried. He shushes her cries.

"And now you are better. You are up and moving." He says. His real hand traced the outline of her face. "I am so happy you are awake Snow."

"Steve, its time." The red head says. The Blonde starts to pull the wheelchair.

"No, Steve Stop!" She shouts. He doesn't, so the white haired girl jumps out of the chair and crawl back to the glass. "Papa, I don't wanna leave you." She Cries.

"Snow, we have to go." The Blonde says as he wraps an arm around her waist, pulling her away.

"No! Steve let go! PAPA! PAPA!" She sobs. The man with the metal arm leans against the glass and watches her leave till the doors close.

She opens and feels the tears flowing. Her heart ached, but she didn't understand. The man from the video, looked like the one in her "vision". She looked down at her paper an sighed at her drawing.

It was the man from the video. But who was he! This question screamed in her head. She threw her sketch pad on to the ground, to match all the other sketches of her confusion. The door to her room slid open and there stood her tall friend.

"I am Groot?" Groot asked. Snow shook her head.

"No Groot, I'm not okay." She croaked. Groot walked in and sat next to the crying girl. he wrapped the branches of his arms around her in comfort. He then lifted on of his "hands" out and let the light escape them.

The little lights glow around Snow, making the wet tracks on her face shine. Snow looked ath the lights and smiled.

Even though her world was confusing, and was surrounded by darkness and pain, there was always a light for beauty. Snow was deadly, her powers and skills were deadly. But it is times like theses when she sees the small things that can change someone is a snap that makes her feel warm inside.

She wasn't a monster.

She wasn't lost.

She was just a girl.

A girl with a little light.
