Snow sat on the soft grass staring at the world around her. The trees gave off warm colors, as they began to fall and litter the ground. The air blew, giving her a slight chill. The large black hoodie kept her warm, and comforted. The sky was a darkened blue, with small clouds beginning to connect.

Her hands wrapped around the wooden instrument with strings. It felt familiar to her. The woman, named Nicolette, brought her to this room that was decorated. The woman waited for Snow to automatically understand, but she couldn't. The only thing that made sense was the instrument. While the people were arguing over Rose, someone she felt connected to, Snow ran outside. She need to feel the dirt in between her toes.

Her fingers grazed over the metallic strings, creating a vibration of sound. It was calming, as if it was wrapping itself around her and holding her tight. The sent of autumn filled her nose as she took deep breathes.

The out of no where, A body dropped in front of her. The body with the long blonde hair groaned in pain.

"You would think after all this time, I would get the landing right." The girl sat up and flashed her black eyes at Snow again. "I mean, it doesn't help my ribs are already fucked, so landing like that is not fun."

"How did you find me?" Snow asked Rose. Rose sat cross legged in front of Snow and began to put her hair up.

"Sassy Rodent gave me one of your daggers. Used that to find you, then poof! I'm here." Rose told her non chalountly. "Great having the whole portal power thing, but that damn landing man."

"Sucks having something you can't control." Snow sighed and looked at the ground. Rose shrugged and leaned back.

"I don't know, I mean its more of an adventure when its all wacked out. You just gotta look at it from a different angle." Rose told her. She looked at the guitar in Snow's hands. "You play?"

"I think...." Snow sighed. Rose closed her eyes and put her hands out. She took a deep breath and a guitar popped out of the sky and landed on her head. She winced from the sharp hit.

"As I said....the landing." Rose chuckled. She took the guitar into her hands and began to strum.

When everything turns to black
You don't know where to go
You need something
To justify your soul

Snow's hands began to move, following Rose's. The words followed as if it was known by heart.

Silence is broken
Confidence is gone
Everything you're holding on to
Falls

All the people selling truths
On every corner now
The wait until the fear
Has knocked you down

All the rules are changing now
You're living in sin
Everything around you is caving in
All you're holding on to
Slipping like water through your hands

Rose stopped singing and let Snow take over. She watched the emotion pour out of Snow.

And you sing
La la la la
La la la la
La la la la
Ya you sing
La la la la
La la la la
La la la la

Snow looked at Rose and stopped playing. She stared at the girl in front of her, the confusion of the girl made Snow frustrated. It was another puzzle. A damn puzzle she didn't understand.

"Why does Tony hate you?" Snow asked. Snow was there as Tony and Steve bickered over Rose's spot here.

"Cause I don't put up with his shit." Rose snorted. "Tony tends to do a lot of bullshit that he thinks saves people. I just don't put up with it. It doesn't help that I am almost smarter than him."

"It seems that he could use you though to help." Snow said, trying to understand the life of Tony.

"Tony doesn't see it that way. I am out of control, uncooperative, I don't listen, I mean the list goes on and on. And he isn't wrong, I just handle things differently." Rose explained.

"How?"

"I am a lot older than him, I have experience in this life that he may never understand." Rose sighed. She laid onto the ground, and Snow followed. They stared at the sky with the strange shaped clouds.

"How old are you?" Snow asked.

"You are a curious critter aren't ya?" Rose chuckled. "I am Seventy-Eight."

"But you look my age." Snow looked at her confused, as usual.

"Yeah, I was one of the first 'successful' HYDRA experiments. Me and my sister." Rose sighed.

"What happened to you and your sister?" Snow asked. Rose looked at Snow and grinned.

"I'll tell you, if you promise to go back and talk to Frosty. James isn't doin' so hot without you." Rose told her.

"Deal. Now talk."

"Psh, where do I begin. Alright, 1940's there was a big war. World War Two. I lived with my mother, my father and my twin sister, Charlotte, but we called her Lottie. Me and Lottie were Identical twins, which made us targets. You see, where we lived, people of Jewish faith were not liked. So we were thrown into ghettos, but my mother was separated from us. My Father had a twin as well, so they took the three of us to a doctor. This man....he liked to hurt one twin to see what happened to the other. But after a long time, A man named Dr. Zola came and took the three of us for 'use of better people.'"

Snow stiffened at the name Zola, but continued to look at Rose as she talked. She noticed how Rose was hunched over and how her voice got weak as she spoke.

"So we became lab rats. My Dad was the only one that gave us hope to keep fighting. That's when we met James. He was captured and thrown into a cage by us. In captivity, we became friends. Then they took my dad, and we never saw him again. so James gave us hope. Then I was taken in. I saw my Dad's body in the corner, rotting away as they hit me with serums and radiation. They did the same to James and Lottie, except I never went back to the cells."

Rose stopped as black tears began to fall down her face. She took a deep breath to continue. Snow sat next to her and held her hand. She didn't need to continue but Rose need to get it out.

"Then Captain America rescued Lottie and James, and everyone. But they thought I was dead so I got left behind. Zola found me and I was the new pet. The little five year old that was a success. Then three years later, James fell off the train while capturing Zola. I was the one that brought him from the cliff back to the HYDRA base. Little eight year old me thought I was saving him. Boy was I wrong. I went under training with James as he became the Winter Solider. I finally was done with Zola's test the day he died and went into a computer mind thing. That's why I stopped aging at Seventeen."

Rose wiped her tears and looked at Snow. She smiled and Snow squeezed Rose's hand.

"Come on, Lets get you back. We don't need to have the elderly come running for us." Rose chuckled. Snow and Rose got up and began walking back.

It was the beginning of a new day, of two connecting.

We got to see a bit of Rose's past.

What do you think is going to happen?

Will Tony still kick Rose out?

Love you all!!!!!
