Each one was given an person.

Rose got Jessica.

Snow got Matt.

Of course Wade claimed Peter.

Rose quickly teleported the three of them to New York City. Well after the sixth try, they finally landed in New York City.  They landed in Italy, Germany, Japan, Mexico and Canada before Rose finally got them there. Each of them split away, all with an important mission.

Get the Recruit on Board.

Rose walked through the cold busy streets of New York. The snow on the sidewalk was the same color as the gross tar streets. People shuffled through with no care in the world, not noticing the girl in the black beanie. Her outfit was the same she wore when she met everyone, only exception was a dark denim jacket hugged her shoulders. In her left hand, she carried a black plastic bag with two large bottles clashing inside.

The golden doors of the crumbling apartment building called to the girl in the dark shades. She pushed through the glass doors, the sent of stale cigarettes and backed up pluming filled her nose. Rose saw the doors in the hallway were a worn red, with chipped paint. Once the Elevator doors opened, she pressed the button and the familiar humming filled her ears.

She wasn't sure how this was gonna go. Rose hadn't seen Jessica in a while. She hoped that their sarcastic attitudes would work and Jessica would help.

Once the elevator stopped and opened, Rose went to the end of the hall. The dark brown wooden door stood there, waiting for her. The hole that use to be a glass sign was now replaced by a sheet of cardboard. Rose couldn't help but chuckle inside, for somethings never change. Rose began to turn the tarnished golden handle of the door, and she was not surprised that it was unlocked.

As she entered the dark room, she noticed the thin blinds letting out very little light. She walked over and opened each window. The dark figure on wooden desk awoke, with a groan escaping their lips.

"If you are a robber, you're doing a shitty job." The person groaned. She lifted her head, with her black hair sticking to her pale face. Her blue eyes attempted to adjust to the light, only for it to focus on the empty bottle of liquor.

"Well, last time I checked, Robbers don't bring gifts." Rose spoke. Jessica locked eyes on Rose, slightly confused who she was. Rose took of her shades, showing full eyes. Jessica then chuckled and put her head back on the desk.

"Damn Thorn, thought you died." Jessica grunted. Rose placed the bottle in front of her.

"I bring gifts from the dead, Gentleman's Jack." Jessica lifted her head slightly to make sure Rose brought the real thing. Once she saw it, she fully sat up and opened the bottle.

"Last Time I had this, we were celebrating a job." Jessica commented as the Jack went down her throat. "Where have you been?"

"Well, there was a psychotic man with a metal arm. Then there was a jackass who shot me three times...oh and I found out my sister is still alive." Rose explained as she sat on the chair. She put her feet up on the desk and took the bottle from Jessica to have a sip of her own. "Heard you got the jump on Killgrave."

"Yeah, well...let's just say he got his smile." Jessica said. "Your sister is alive? I didn't even know you had one."

"Well I thought she died back in 1948." Rose tossed the other bottle at Jessica, claiming the other one. "In reality, she has been alive this whole time. She disappeared recently, and I'm gonna find her."

"And I assume you are hear to ask for help?"

"I'm making a team." Rose explained. "A team of misfits. As much as I hate to say it, I can't do it myself. I need a P.I."

Jessica sat back in her chair, placing her feet on the other side of the desk. She gave Rose a stare down, reading her for the truth.

"Why should I help? What's in it for me?" Jessica asked. As much as she thought of doing the right thing, she needed money. Apartment buildings aren't cheap, especially in New York. Rose pulled out a plastic card and gave it to Jessica.

"You will be paid for your work and whatever materials you need." Rose told her. "I'm not asking for charity, I know how it goes."

"Where in the hell did you get money like that?"

"It pays to know a billionaire. Stark spends money like a fish swims in water. He won't notice." Jessica glanced at the card then back at her. "He owes me, it is yours if you want it."

The two of them sat in silence, drinking their whiskey. Rose finished her bottle, and threw in the black plastic bin.

"So are you in?"

Jessica chugged the rest of her whiskey, and put it back on the office. She gave Rose a signature smirk.

"I'm in."
