Another Chance at Love

Chapter 7

I walked to lunch when I was looking for Natty and I ran into my friends.
"Yo Josh where have you been?"
"What do you mean?"
"Bro we never see you, all you is hang out with that girl. Your never go out anymore or even chill with us."
"Daniel she's my friend too and she doesn't have alot of friends so she doesn't go to parties that much."
"Ugh, well Jon's having a party tonight and it's suppose to be big."
"I'll try to come."
"Good, dude you're bu best friend and never see you anymore."
"I know I'm gonna come don't worry."
Daniel's right I never go out anymore or do anything. Before I met Natty I would be at a party every night. All I cared about was my weed and my parties. Now all I care about is spending time with her. I should go out.
I left school early, Natty didn't come for some reason so I didn't have a reason to stay all day. I came home to my parents arguing as always. I just walked past and went into my room and watched youtube videos. I liked watchin Shane Dawson cause he was too funny. I always wanted to make my own videos but I probably wouldn't be good at it.
"THEN LEAVE I DON'T FUCKING CARE!"
My mother was yelling again as always. And of course my dad throw his beer bottle at her and leaft. I really can't with them always arguing. Like why get married if you guys just make each other mad. I got up to take a shower and get ready. I walked down stairs and my mom was crying. She didn't really cry when her and my dad got into a fight. I guess this one was bad.
"Hey, umm I'm going out see ya later."
"Just leave already."
I just rolled my eyes and left.
I was down the block from Jon's house and I could already hear the music.
"Yo Josh, you actually came. I have a dime let's go smoke it."
"Let's go, I haven't smoked in a while."
I started dancing with some girl but to be completely honest I'd rather chill with Natty then go to a party but I promised Daniel. I drank a little and left. I'm not the same person I was. She really changed me. The only thing is that Daniel and them probably think I'm boring. The old me would probably be playing beer pong right now. What is she doing to me. I came to party to have fun. So I turned around went back inside and got wasted.
"Finally your back to your old self Josh." Everyone was laughing and nodding to agree with Daniel and I just laughed and kept drinking. For the first time I wasn't thinking about Natty. Until I started dancing with some girls. I didn't feel right but I didn't stop either.
