Sydney
Finals week, and Stacy and I are buy studying. The headaches came back though. Not too bad like before but it still bothers me a lot. It gets worse at night. Peter called me during the weekend to check up on me. Jake never called. I miss him.

Finals week is a pain. I was having a hard time studying because I was always worrying about Sydney. Luke assured me she was already well but I was still worried.

I’m done with my last exam and so was Stacy. Next on our list was to wait for our exam results, then its graduation. I couldn’t help but smile. I’m almost done with school. Almost free.
The usual celebration place was The Shack. It was packed with students. I guess everyone was done with exams. I didn’t mind the crowd now because I’m sure I'll miss it. We stayed until late having fun and talking with classmates.

I’m sitting in the corner and looking at Sydney. I see her laugh and smile. It’s the end of finals week and I know she can’t wait for graduation. I really wanted to approach her but I just couldn’t. I wanted to talk to her.
“Stop staring at her” Brian says as he sits beside me. He knows about Sydney because he hangs out with us sometimes. He never asked why I stopped talking to Sydney and respected my privacy. But he was still a good friend to me.
“Happy that finals week is over?” I ask and down my coke.
“Damn right. I feel free” he smirks and orders a milkshake.
