Prologue.
Dave Jenkins was walking past the Mythical Park, where you could find magical creatures of all kinds and switch dimensions in a flash. Just hop off the elevator and find unicorns, pegasi, and their trademark, dragons. Dave was part of the staff and knew the pegasi were electronic, the unicorns had a horn glued on, and nobody had seen a dragon in the park for the last 1,000 years. The "dimensions" were underground facilities that were interchanged by the elevators. Many of the animals lived above ground, and the park was jam packed with real endangered creatures. Many had been going missing and it was Dave's job to get to the bottom of it. He geared up with his "Lucky Kit" he headed to where the disappearances had mostly been concentrated to. He was looking around and saw a peculiar set of footprints that would have looked to anyone like a bear, but to Dave they were a poacher in disguise. It was clear to the veteran park ranger and former detective that the indents were not deep enough and that there was no hair. In between. It was a clever play for the hunter to use bear tracks, but he didn't really think it through. Dave saw the tracks were smaller than a bear, and not spaced out. Dave followed the tracks to a corner of the park where he had only visited once before on a dare. He found it creepy and left this place to the non-wusses. As he contemplated turning back, he hardened his resolve and continued. As Dave was going on he realize why this part of the park was weird. There was no noise to be heard. Dave then REALLY thought about turning back, but came to the conclusion that the animals in this area had run away from the poacher. He looked around and found that the tracks had gone and disappeared. He cursed. The poacher must have started being more careful. As he looked around he heard an ear shattering roar that was nothing like he'd ever heard before. It was almost like a lion, but thousands times louder, and seemed human. He remembered the reason he left from the dare. The sign that "Here There Be Dragons".
