Chapter 3: The Infamous Law

At Fairy Tail: Third POV

It was bustling in the Fairy Tail guild everyone was laughing and drinking. Wendy and Carla were looking at the quest board to see if there was any jobs available.

"Hey Wendy" A certain blond said with a smile
"Hey Lucy" Wendy responded
"You looking for a job?"
"Yeah, and there doesn't seem to be any good ones"
"Hello Lucy, Wendy"
"Hello Erza" Wendy responded
"Looking for jobs I see"
"Yes, but there doesn't seem to be-"
"Hey Wendy how bout this" Carla said pulling one down

"Please Help!

Our village has many sick please any healing mages available come and help. We don't have much, but we will pay you"

"This looks good!" Lucy said thankful it wasn't anything dangerous
"Well lets go" Erza said in agreement
"Your coming Erza?" Wendy asked
"Yes, why?"
"Nothing it's just that you always take the most dangerous" she asked shakily
"This is a change of pace for me"

The three set off to the village to help them and to collect the money.

On the road

The three were half way there as they walked down the path. As they walked an unfamiliar man with a sword holstered on his shoulder was walking towards them. They all tensed up and as they neared the man he silently walked past them. The girls continued to walk to their destination.

The Town

As they entered the town they were shocked to see everyone was okay and smiling. They looked around saw the mayor and approached him.

"Hello, are you the mayor" Wendy asked
"Why yes I am, how may I help you lovely ladies"
"We're here to answer the quest you put out"
"Ah yes, I was about to cancle that"
"May we ask why?"
"We'll by some sort of luck a passerby just so happened to be a doctor and help cure the town"
"What was it?" Wendy asked
"It was just a bad case of food poisoning,  luckily him and our local doctor were able to find a way to treat it" he explained
"Was he from one of the other guilds?" Lucy asked
"No he didn't have an emblem on him or anything"
"Where did he go?"
"He went in the direction you all came from" he said pointing in said direction

Thats when they all remembered the man they had passed on the way here.

"I see then we will be on our way" Wendy said leaving with bow

As soon as we left we started to talk again.

"So that man we past was the doctor that helped" Erza spoke
"I guess so, but he didn't look like one" Lucy said
"So if hes heading this way his next stop is Magnolia" Carla suggested
"So we'll meet him back in town" Wendy asked
"We will just have to wait to find out" Erza said concluding the conversation

Magnolia: Law's POV

It had been four months since I came here and been using my powers for good instead. It was strange at first getting used to this whole magic thing, but not difficult. I had entered a town by the name of Magnolia as it was read on the map I aquired. I had been tired due to that sickness in that village. So I wanted a drink to get rid of the stress. The closes bar was in a guild called Fairy Tail and it wasn't difficult to find just follow the screaming and fighting.

As I entered the building the noise didn't stop so I just took a spot at the bar putting my sword beside me. A woman with silver grey hair came over to me.

"Hello I'm Mirajane, what'll you have?"
"Beer" I said not looking up
"Alright"

As I was surrounded by the noise I could feel a familiar aura. It kind of reminded me of the Straw Hats. The woman came back with my drink it was cold and was very refreshing. After awhile I noticed she was starring at me.

"Did you need something?" I asked
"Oh sorry its just that I haven't seen you before"
"I'm new around here"
"Oh is that so" she then noticed my sword
"Is that yours?"
"Yes, its my scalple" I responded taking a sip from my drink

As I was drinking my beer someone bumped into me. She had dark brown hair and was drinking....a lot.

"Sorry" she said simply
"Its okay" I replyed

She then blushed a little, but soon went back to her drink. It was then a man who was huge as big as the Straw Hats Franky.

"Hey! You! Are you flirting with my sister!?" He said angry
"No why?" I asked simply
"Elfman" The woman behind the bar said
"What?"
"Leave him alone he has done no such thing" she said sternly which caused him to retreat a little
"Sorry about him hes just a bit over protective" she explained

I began to take the final drink from my beer, I paid it then left. Until I was stopped by a man with blond hair.

"Hey you" he said coldly

I turned my head to hear him.

"Who are you?" He demanded, but I didn't answer and continued to walk away
"Hey I asked you a question"
"So?"
"If you don't answer you'll have to answer to me" he said with a grin

I then turned around and looked him in the eye. He was happy that I was provoking him into a fight.

"Laxus leave the guy alone, he didn't do anything" another man said
"I don't care I haven't had a fight in a long time" he said removing his coat

I just stood there waiting for him to do something. He then tilted his head back....
"Roar Of Thunder Dragon"

As the blast was coming towards me I created a room...

"Room Shambles"

The blast hit the floor and a huge cloud of smoke appeared. The man named Laxus was chuckling, but it then turned to shock to see I wasn't there.

"You need to work on your aim"
