Miranda's POV

I walked through the door, and went up to my room. Dad wasn't home yet. Apparently too into his mafia duties. I thought about what happened earlier. I called Wesley, but he didn't answer. I decided to take a nap to get my mind off of things. Before I could think about anything else, sleep overcame me.

I awoke to the sound of the door. I got up, and went to answer the door. Wesley. I hugged him for some unapparent reason, but I was glad when he hugged me back. I motioned him to come in, my arms still wrapped around him. He didn't seem to mind. I guided him towards the living room. We sat down, and I asked him if he wanted something to drink. He kindly declined before saying, "About early... " "Whatever it is, I'm sure I'll love you no matter what."

Wesley seemed to be digesting what I just said, and so was I. Did I just said I love him? Yes Miranda. You did. Oh no.

He glanced at me. Here it comes. "You love me?" I hesitated before answering. "Yes. I love you, Wesley." He smiled and replied by saying, "I love you too." I smiled and leaned in to kiss him. Someone cleared their throat, and I saw my dad. Great.

"Hey dad." "Who is this?" "This is Wesley, my boyfriend." My dad seemed surprised at my response, so did Wesley. "Hey Mr. Jenkins." Wesley said standing and holding his hand out. My dad ignored it and walked out. Sigh. "How about we go upstairs?" Wesley nodded, and I pulled him along to my bedroom.

I opened the door, and motion Wesley to sit on the bed. "I'm your boyfriend?" Wesley said staring at me questionly. "If that's okay with you." He got off the bed and spinned me around. "Of course it's okay with me." I giggled and he placed me gently on the bed. He sat next to me, and kisses me slightly on the lips. "So what I was saying earlier," Wesley began. "I was jealous that you were going to meet Tobias. I punched him because anger overcame me. I'm sorry." I smiled at him. This is literally the first a guy has been honest with me. "It's okay, and of course I forgive you, but I'm not the one you should apologize to." Wesley nodded in approval. I leaned in to kiss him. He deepened the kiss. We finally pulled away since we were both out of breath. We cuddled up together. Soon sleep took over me.
