Miranda's POV

I peaked around the corner with Carolyn in my arms. I saw Wesley and Liam sitting in the living room. I turned back to look at her. "Okay sweetie. Its go time." She giggled, and clapped her hands. I strutted towards them, and blocked their view of the TV. "What are you doing woman?!" yelled Liam. I smirked.

"I'm taking Carolyn to the park." Wesley got up and walked towards me. "Okay, my queen." {Ever since Carolyn was born, he's been calling me queen. Don't be jealous ladies. :)} He picked me up with Carol in my arms in spun us around. We laughed until figured he placed us where I wasn't blocking the TV. "That's not fair." I whined.

He chuckled and kissed me on the cheek, then he kissed Carol. "We'll see you two later." They waved, and went back to watching TV. I walked out the door and towards my car. I strapped in Carol, and got inside the car. I turned on the engine. I typed in Travis's address into the GPS.
5436 Lincolnshire Ave (P. S. This is not a real address). I pulled out of the driveway and drove off.

I parked across the street, and got out. I grabbed Carol, and walked towards the house. Boy was it big. There was a gate and everything. I walked towards the gate. I looked at Carol, and back at the gate. "Who's there?" I jumped at the sudden voice. I turned and saw a fancy doorbell with a mic.

I snapped out of my thoughts and replied. "Um. Its Miranda. I'm here to speak to Travis." I stepped back as the gate opened. I walked cautiously towards the mansion. I held Carolyn closer than ever. The door automatically opened, and out stepped an old chauffeur. "Master Giovanni will be with you soon." Master?

I stepped inside. I followed the chauffeur to a room with a desk. The room was bigger than my house. Seriously. I walked to the center of the room. "You may sit in one of these chairs ma'am." I turned to the chauffeur. "Thank you, but you don't have to call me ma'am." "Oh but he does." I turned around to see Travis sitting behind the desk. I grew nervous at his presence. "Its his job. You may leave you Geoffrey." I watched as Geoffrey walked out of the room leaving Carolyn, me and Travis alone.

"I believe this is your daughter, Carolyn." I nodded. "Have a seat." I sat down slowly, and sat Carol on my lap. "So. What brings you here?" There was a lump on my throat for some reason. I cleared my throat. "I'm here to talk about my best friend. Stacy." He nodded his head. "What about her?" I sighed. "She was said to be dead, but I don't think she is." His eyebrows raised, then he stood up. "Of course she isn't dead!" I knew it! He had a smile on his face. I started getting scared, and stood up also. "She's in the basement." Basement? I thought. "She's in the basement?" He nodded his head. "But in order to get her...." He paused. "..I have to get you." I gasped.

I thought about this for a moment. I sighed. "On one condition." "Go ahead." I took a deep breath. "If you let Stacy go, she has to take Carol with her." He rubbed his chin like he was in deep thought. "Okay. Fine." I smiled. I don't care what he does to me. As long as my family and friends are safe.

"Right this way." I snapped out of my thoughts. "What?" He sighed. "Don't you want to see Lacy?" "Stacy." "Whatever." I followed him down the hall, and down a loooooong flight of stairs. "Here we are." He opened a door, and Stacy was chained to a desk. "Stacy!" She looked up, and her eyes lit up. "Miranda!" I ran to her and pulled her into a tight embrace. "I thought you were dead." I said as I sobbed on her shoulder.

I still had Carolyn in my arms. I heard footsteps behind me. I turned around and saw Travis with a set of keys. I moved and let him unlock the chains. I looked at Stacy. Her expression was unreadable. "You're free to go. Take that baby with you." Her eyes widen at Travis's words. Her eyes flickered to me. "What did you?" I held back my tears. "Take care of Carolyn." I whispered. "WHAT DID YOU DO!" She yelled.

Travis took her arm, and I handed Carol to Stacy. Carol started to cry, and I couldn't stop the tears from pouring out. "Tell Wesley I love him!" I shouted after them. The door closed. I am all alone.
