Stupid. That's the perfect word to describe himself. It's very ironic to think that he, not only, made a fool out of himself in front of the girl he likes, he also proved that he was an idiot.

An idiotic 21 year old boy who couldn't speak straight whenever a certain 20 year old girl tries to approach him.

His grip on his pen went harder as he writes on his next report.

Ah. As you can see, he also could not focus on his job because of this certain [h/c] who doesn't have a single idea on what she was doing to him.

This is getting annoying.

He sighed for the upteenth time and held up his paperworks, studied it before smiling to himself.

He needs to forget about her. Yes, he's going to focus all his attention to his job so he would be able to forget about her and his feelings for her.

But, of course, life being cruel as it is, someone gently knocked at the door and when he went to open it, he came face to face with the same woman running through his thoughts just a second ago.

"Hello," she stated casually before handing him a coat, his coat. "You left it at the cafe earlier, you were in rush."

Haise shakily accepted the coat before muttering a very audible Thank you.

"Look, I don't really understand why you're always acting so distant to me," she nonchalantly said. "But it was plain rude to walk out on me like what you did earlier."

Haise was taken aback. He watched her stare up at him, her eyes were blank and he didn't understand how her mood changed so quickly.

"I.. I just.." He mumbled. And he sighed in defeat.

[Name] raised her eyebrows in response and she did not budge, patiently waiting for his next words.

"Uhm... I..." he sighed, "I'm sorry..."
