Been a while but I'm back with a One-shot!

I love this pairing too so I loved writing it and tried to make it as fluffy as possible!! XD

Yato and Hiyori

One-Shot 7

Hiyori ran down the stairs, the strap of her bag in one hand.

Reaching the landing, she shouted a quick good bye to her parents before running to the door.

She was already late and Yato wouldn't shut up about waiting if she took any longer.

Rushing outside her house's gate, Hiyori only smiled at the greetings she got from her neighbours.

Yukine, Yato and Hiyori had planned their trip to Capyper land almost a week in advance.

Yato had been excited about going to his favourite place again with Hiyori and his precious Regalia.

"Yato!!" Hiyori waved when she caught sight of her friends, "Yukine!!"

The boys turned to her and waved back when they saw her, huge smiles spreading across their faces.

The pretty girl stopped in front of the two, bent over panting and breathing hard.

"You're late, Hiyori!" Yato sounded happy, "But at least you're here!!"

Hiyori glanced up to give him a weak smile, "Sorry... Woke up late..."

"Don't worry about it," Yukine gave her a smile, "We still have time for the bus."

Hiyori let out a breathy laugh, her hair hanging down her face as she still stood bent over, "Yeah... Thanks, Yukine!"

Finally feeling better, Hiyori straightened to look over at her companions.

Yukine stood to the side, hands deep in his pockets.

Yato hummed to himself, holding onto a Capyper land Autograph book.

Hiyori bit back a smile at the peaceful and happy state the war god seemed to be in.

Glancing over, she caught Yukine roll his eyes at him.

Hiyori giggled.

There were quite a few memories that she'd made in Capyper land.

Some she'd give anything to forget and others she'd hold close to her till the end.

"Hiyori?"

Hiyori jerked up to blink.

Yato and Yukine stared at her.

"The bus is here. We can go now."

"Huh, right. I'm sorry, Yukine."

Yukine only smiled at her before walking toward the bus.

Hiyori glanced up to see Yato's sharp blue eyes watch her.

He didn't say anything as he climbed into the vehicle behind Yukine but Hiyori could swear she'd seen a slight pink dust his cheeks.
