Dizzy and I walked back to the room which Seventh Heaven was in. We heard screams and picked up the pace.
"What - was- that?" Dizzy whispered as we heard the first scream.
"Someone screaming," I muttered and started power walking, with Dizzy jogging after me.
There was another couple of screams and I started running. Dizzy sprinted alongside me. I saw shadows running along the walls.
"Now that's scary," Dizzy admitted.
Pushing open the door, we saw Jessie and Matt coming out of the closet and people screaming. I rolled my eyes and reported back to Dizzy, who was hiding behind the doors.
"Only a get-together of a few lovebirds," I explained.
But no sooner had I said that, bricks burst everywhere and plaster from the walls scattered all over the place. A group of pale people with black hair marched through the hole.
"We are the Tranquiliti," shouted one of the men. "I am Yourgan Martin, and this is my daughter Ouita. She can cause Cruciatus without a wand."
I looked around, confused, but everyone looked scared, so I settled for the confident look.
"Ah," Ouita laughed. She stepped through the people, and stopped at me. "Bryony Heathwood. The guinea pig."
"Shut it," I hissed. As soon as I said it, I felt a tingly sensation run down my back.
"Father," she wailed. "It doesn't work!"
"She must have been immuned," said her father, stepping forward.
"So what's your name?" I asked.
"My nameis Tranquil," he jeered. "Named after the founder of our race."
"Yay," I rolled my eyes sarcasctically.
"Once we have taken over this school and killed Miss Favourleigh, we will be able to make you feel pain. Ouita will be able to use the Cruciatus," he explained.
"Why Dizzy?" I asked, curious.
"She is the one closest to you," he grinned.
"What about James? Lucy, Jessie, Matt, Chaz?" I sneered, knowing I'd given away information.
"Miss Manns, Mr Sanders and Miss Boonleigh are irrelavant," Ouita sniffed.
"They are near your headmistress'es office. We cannot reach them." Tranquil sighed.
I almost laughed. They had had the sense to run.
"Ha," I smiled, triumphant.
"As for Miss Lucy Heathwood - we have her riiigght here."
My smile was wiped off as another man stepped forward, carrying an unconcious sister.
"LUCY!" I screamed, and bared my fangs.
"You will not touch her," Ouita warned. "Or she will die."
I leapt at Ouita, screaming and, without realising, baring my fangs once more. I saw James step out of the dusty hole.
"James - you, you BETRAYER!" I screamed, as he stepped up to Lucy and bared his fangs.
I screamed, squealed and yelled as he sunk his fangs into Lucy's neck. Her eyes snapped open and her scream pierced the room.
It was the call for kill.
Suddenly, the rest of the Tranquiliti ran forward and started to try and kill the people in the room. Fortunately, the people came to there senses and got out their emergency stakes they had to keep in their pockets, staking every Tranquiliti in sight. Luckily there was less of them than us.
In the panic, I walked up to James.
"You are a pathetic, horrible, slimy, ridiculous, [blank]y little BETRAYER!" I yelled, and raised my stake. But, at the last minute, Dizzy leapt in front of him.
"What are you doing?" I yelled at her.
"I'm not letting you kill him," she smiled. "You love him!"
I lowered my stake as James stepped towards me. I raised myself on my tiptoes and kissed him passionately.
