Jungkook was brought back to his room after having fallen asleep on Taehyung's lap with his head. He was apparently not supposed to be there for a long time, and rather not touching the unconscious patient too much either.
Jimin sighed as he was back on the previous sofa he had fallen asleep on with Hoseok. "Do you think he'll be okay?"
Hoseok smiled whilst affectionately stroking the boy's orange dyed hair. "Taehyung is strong. I'm sure as long as his husband is by his side, he'll be fine," Hoseok said encouraging, but that wasn't what Jimin was aiming at.
"I meant Jungkook," he said whilst staring at the other, "I'm worried about Jungkook. You saw him, right? He cried, blaming himself, and he seems to be blaming the truck driver as well," Jimin explained, "what if he falls dark? What if he actually tries to do anything to him?"
Hoseok stopped and stared at Jimin seriously. "We're talking about Jungkook here. He's a young male that just got married to a guy he has loved since his first year of university. Taehyung means everything to him, and we all know that Taehyung wouldn't want him to bear a grudge like that on anyone," Hoseok tried to convince the other.
"Hoseok," Jimin started, "he asked for his room. That means he wants to see the man, and I'm sure he won't be giving him kisses."
Both of them fell silent, drowning in their own thoughts.
The next time Jungkook woke up again was when the nurse was nudging him awake. "Jungkook-ssi," she said, "Taehyung-ssi has woken up."
Jungkook immediately sat up in his bed, not caring one bit pain shot through his body as his movements. "Take me to him," he demanded, and all the nurse could do has to lead him to his husband's room in a wheelchair. At first Jungkook protested the wheelchair, saying it was too slow, but the nurse announced she wasn't going to lead him to Taehyung's room if he didn't get in the wheelchair, so he gave up as he couldn't protest anymore.
"You have a visitor," the nurse announced as she brought Jungkook inside the room. As soon as he spotted the male on his bed, still having his bandage around his head, made Jungkook's eyes sting immediately by the tears that was trying to break through. "I'll live you two alone," the nurse smiled as she closed the door behind her. Jungkook didn't dare to say anything has he was rolling himself closer to his husband.
"Jungkook?" Taehyung asked, worried filling his voice, "why are you so quiet?" The other male remained quiet, as he didn't want to reveal his crying. He was afraid the other would be sad because of him. "Are you crying?" Jungkook was surprised by his guess as he thought he was hiding it well, but of course his husband knew him too well to be able to hide anything from him. Jungkook was about to protest, but an unexpected sniff was heard from him, and Taehyung realised immediately he was right, judging from the change of his expression.
"I'm sorry hyung," Jungkook apologised with another sniff.
Taehyung didn't seem to understand what he meant. "Why are you apologising?" he asked. Jungkook didn't answer. "Jungkook," he started as he opened his hand, waiting for Jungkook go hold his hand as he had no chance of doing it himself - not without his sight that is. "I know what you're thinking. You're blaming yourself, aren't you?" Jungkook was about to protest, but Taehyung started talking before he could. "Don't protest Jungkookie, I know you. I know you're the type to put all the blame on yourself and hold it against you, and also thinking I blame you as well."
