Dreams, they are as precious as pearls,
But as fragile as glass.
Dreams, they are the anchors of life,
They carry our hopes, our love,
They help us feel better while we sleep,
Even when awake, you will always have dreams.
But where does the evil thoughts come from?
Is it the dreams we carry, is that where we get our evil thoughts?
No.
Those thoughts come from corrupted dreams,
Dreams that have long forgotten what their purpose was,
Dreams that are as black as the coal we dig up,
Those aren't dreams though.
Those are Nightmares.
Nightmares carry a burden on your shoulder,
They never leave you, they are always there,
They will haunt you in your sleep,
They will destroy your life if you let them control you.
If you want no Nightmares,
Then chase your Dreams. Don't let anyone stop you.
Because the only person who creates those Nightmares,
Is Yourself.
So begs the question,
Are you, your worst enemy?
But you also have the solution to save yourself,
Ignite the tiny flame in your heart,
Listen to the voice of Good,
Feed the raging, red flames of your heart,
Do what you know is right,
Because if you don't,
The Nightmares will Never leave you,
And nobody will be there to save you,
You'll be alone in a well,
Drowning in your own Nightmares,
Hoping that someone can save you,
When all you need, is already in you.
