Weiss always does a 'peace sign' almost everytime she attacks. I call this 'lightning bending' get it? From avatar aang and korra and the avarat state and stuff like that? No? Yeah my life sucks.
Weiss also is capable of creating/using glyphs with the peace sign of course.
