Chapter 3: He doesn't know Lisa!

Shane's pov

I hope Sawyer and his gang don't get the bus today. I don't want Joey to know... Not yet. I don't want to hide it, but I love him... I can't tell him. I calm down once we pass the stop that Sawyer, Luke, and Jimmy usually get on. Joey won't find out till later...

I see Lisa get on the bus, I smile at her. She was one of the only people who accepted me; she winked at me and looked at Joey. I shook my head to say that we aren't together; I tried to mouth something to her once she sat down but she didn't understand.

Joey's pov

Someone Shane knew got on the bus, he smiled at her, she's probably his girlfriend... See Joey, he's not gay... What was I thinking? She sat behind us, by now he had calmed down; he turned around to talk to her after a bit I heard him whisper to her.

Shane: He doesn't know Lisa!

I chose to ignore it and look around 'casually'.
