Jeremy x Reader One-Shots

To The Moon

This One-Shot is based on the game called "To The Moon." If you haven't played it yet, I suggest you do. Listen to the song when I say so. Jeremy is OOC here. Prepare tissues if you want.

You were in a carnival. Roaming around and going to your spot. You ran to there and you saw a boy sitting at your spot. You decided to go but, he noticed you. "Hello!" He stood up and went to you. "...That's my spot." You said quietly. "Oh! I'm sorry! I didn't mean to go to your spot!" You nodded and started to walk away. "No, don't go!" He gripped your wrist. "Why don't we see the stars together?" He smiled at you. You nodded and walked to the log with him.

You both looked at the stars, "I like to look at stars and see constellations." You said to him. "Me too!" You nodded and tried to look for a constellation. "There's a constellation right there." You pointed. "It's a rabbit." He smiled widely and pointed out. "The ears and face is above the moon. And the moon is the big tummy!" You nodded.

"JEREMY!" His mom called. "So that's his name..." You said quietly. He looked at you and smiled, "I have to go now." He stood up and started to walk away. You noticed a bag, "Wait!" He looked back and showed a confused look. "You left your bag..." You pointed out. He walked to you and grabbed the bag. "What's in it anyways?" You asked. He opened the bag and pulled out a stuffed... beaver duck thingy? "This thing." You were fascinated at the animal, "Can I touch it?" You asked permission. He handed it to you and smiled, "You can keep it!" You heard his mom shout again. "Bye!" He started to run. You looked at him and held the animal close to you.

"Just ask her out, man!" Jeremy's friend, 'Mike' said. "But, what if she says no?" Jeremy asked sheepishly. "She won't. Besides, no one will know anyways," Mike shrugged. "What if she screams it?" Mike sighed and pushed Jeremy in front of the stairs, where (Y/N) is sitting at. Mike ran and gave him a thumbs up. "Um, (Y/N), I-" He noticed you weren't there. "Huh?" He looked left and right. "I guess she went." He started to walk towards his friend and just went to class. What he didn't know, (Y/N) was dragged outside the school.

"A doctor!" A student yelled out. "What about you, Jeremy? What do you want to be when you grow up? The teacher asked him. "...An astronaut." Jeremy said.

Ever since he said that, he's been training and studying harder. He was filled with determination. Besides, he has an inspiration, his love, (Y/N).

Everything is alright

Jeremy went with his friends to the theater, the place that he was planning to take (Y/N) out. He was smiling but, there's a hole in his heart that only a certain person can fill it.

Chin up, I can't
Step into the spotlight

Jeremy and Mike were doing push ups. Mike bet that he could do more. But he was wrong. Jeremy continued to do push ups while Mike was still in the ground. He has only one thing in mind; (Y/N)

She said, "I'm sad,"
Somehow without any words

He finished high school and went out to college. He still hadn't forget her. He was always wondering where she is. Is she happy? Does she miss me too? Those were the questions he always think about. He always ask them to the moon, hoping to get an answer.

I just stood there
Searching for an answer

He went to an library with his friends. People were lining up to make him sign the book he made. He wonders if she knows about the book. He sighed. Don't lose hope, Jeremy. The voices in his head said.

When this world is no more
The moon is all we'll see
I'll ask you to fly away with me

He has now finished college and driving to NASA. He got accepted in the job and was toured around. He was now in the office,waiting for his 'coworker.' "Meet your coworker, Jeremy." He looked at his coworker, shocked and surprised. The (H/C) haired girl he always knew. He looked at her shining (E/C) eyes, happiness in them. They shook hands and smiled. He already found his shining star.

Until the stars all fall down
They empty from the sky
But I don't mind

They trained together, take breaks together and even went home together. He was planning to surprise her by playing a song he made on a piano called 'For (Y/N).'

"(Y/N), will you go with me for a sec?" One of the workers in NASA said. (Y/N) nodded and followed the man. She was suddenly took to a place where he asked her to be his girlfriend. She found Jeremy sitting by the piano. He looked at her and smiled. He played the song while taking glances at the girl. (Y/N) felt a little teary and felt a tear roll down her cheek.

The song ended and Jeremy went to (Y/N). He grabbed her hand and went down on one knee. "(Y/N), you mean the world to me. I love you since I met you by the carnival. I was planning to ask you out in high school, but you weren't there. I keep thinking about you. Heck, I always talk to the moon hoping to hear you. (Y/N), will you go to the moon with me and marry me?" You laughed at the last sentence and nodded. He stood up and kissed you. You kissed back and pulled away. He slipped the ring in your ring finger and hugged you. "I love you, (Y/N)." He cried. "I love you, too, Jeremy."

"The rocket will be launching at 3, 2, 1!" The rocket blasted off to the moon. You sighed happily and looked at Jeremy. You held his hand and kissed him. You were finally going to the moon with your love.

"May you rest in peace, Jeremy." Dr. Eva said as she looked at the tombstone. "He fulfilled his wish to go to the moon, right?" Dr. Neil said as he looked at his partner who just nodded. Jeremy's tombstone was placed next to (Y/N)'s at the lighthouse. "At least we made his memories to make it looked like he did go to the moon..." Dr. Eva said quietly. "Well, next patient?" Dr. Neil asked his partner. "Next patient."
