[Jeremy's POV]
I looked at her sleeping face, smiling as I saw her beauty. I'm so lucky to have her, but seeing her in this uncomfortable hospital bed pains me.
I grabbed her hand and I felt a tear roll down my cheek.
"I miss you, (Y/N). P-please wake up..."
A tear rolled down again, many soon followed.
As if my cries were heard, her hand moved. I looked at her, and I finally saw the (E/C) eyes I've been dying to see.
"(Y-Y/N)! O-oh my god... I can't believe it..."
I leaned in to kiss her.
She pushed me.
"Do I know you?"
I felt my heart shatter.
