A/N:
Just a quick chapter to fill you guys in on Alana's pregnancy and Brendon's job.

I sat sitting on the couch watching television and reading Facebook articles.

"Bren, can we go get some ice cream?" I called to him. He sighed in response.

"We've gotten ice cream everyday day this week," he seemed stressed grading school work. School started up again about two weeks ago.

"I'm pregnant and. I want chocolate brownie ice cream," I nearly hissed. My acidic words must have gotten to him.

He put down his papers and and looked at me. "The doctor said not to give into your cravings."

"Fuck what the doctors think. I want some chocolate brownie ice cream!" I began to cry. I felt pathetic crying and it made me feel like a baby, but Brendon usually gave in when I cried.

"When I finished these papers I will take you," he mumbled. I jogged over to him and gave him a big kiss. He smiled. "Glad to know I can make my baby girl happy."

"You make both of your baby girls happy," I left the living room and walked into the guest room. Our future child's room. Brendon moved most of the old future out of the room and moved in a crib that I had in my mom's old house. We auctioned off most of the furniture a couple months ago.

I glanced around the room and examined my swollen stomach. Brendon and I were thinking of names for our baby but we couldn't decide on one. It was okay we had about 4 and a half months until she was here.

I rubbed my stomach. Brendon came up behind me and wrapped his arms around me and sang softly into my ear. (Link to song at top)
I swatted his arm.

I smiled, "You cannot sing those songs to our daughter."

"I'm singing them to you," he giggled. "Let's go get our ice cream."

I gave him a big kiss and left the house for ice cream.
