that's all i could think of.

why couldn't i get her out of my mind?

why was i so worried for her?

did i... like her?

i cleared my thoughts as i tried paying attention to the teacher. it's been a week since the incident and sephy has been in the hospital since. today was the day of her discharge and hani and i had promised to go see her.

i looked at the empty seat beside mine and wondered how she was doing. the doctors had said her injuries weren't too serious.

someone snapped their fingers in my face causing me to break away from my train of thoughts.

"hellooo earth to tae"

i smiled at hani's warm chocolatey voice, glad to have forgotten about my worries even for a second but then my eyebrows creased and i gasped silently as i realised- i had started doubting my feelings towards hani.

dAMN TAEHYUNG WHAT ARE YOU DOING. WERE YOU SERIOUSLY THINKING ABOUT CHEATING ON HANI. NO NO NO. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER SON. STOP BEING SUCH A HOE. IT'S HANI OR NOTHING.

i mentally scolded myself. hani has been my crush for a solid 3 years and now that i have a chance with her i most definitely can not let this go.

yes this is just a small setback, a test to prove my loyalty towards hani. sephy is like my younger sister that's why i'm this protective of her. that's gotta be why. i'm sure of it.

"taeee! are you listening? i asked if you were free after school today, i want to get sephy some flowers and chocolates to cheer her up"

ah there's the caring hani that i fell in love. there's no doubt. my lips curved up revealing a rectangular smile.
