The Spoken Goodbye and Unspoken Hello

(Hey guys!!! I'm back!! Almost done with school!!! Well on with the story!!!)

(Hinata's POV)

"Sasuke? Do you know where Naruto could have gotten an Idea such as that from?" I ask the frozen Uchiha in the corner. He walks past me and stands in front of Hiashi.

"Please sir forgive Hinata and me. Even Naruto. You see I was playing a joke on Naruto and he seems to have not seen that I was joking with him. I assure you Hinata is still untouched." He explains with strain in his voice. 

Hiashi straightens up more then he was already. 

"Tell me something Sasuke." He says his name like it's poisonous. "Why would you be joking about Hinata's innocence?" He questions. His tone of voice is all to familiar to me. There is no way Sasuke is going to be able to talk his way out of this one. Although Sasuke looks unfazed. 

"I am sorry to cause you any worry because that was not my intention. You see Naruto...Naruto has..." He stutters to get the information out. "Naruto has romantic feelings for your daughter." He explains. 

I let out a gasp. Naruto has a crush on me? Why don't I feel like I thought I would. I mean Naruto is my childhood crush. I should be Ecstatic he like me back. But I don't feel Excited. I feel honored but I don't feel happy. 

"I understand your need to be a prankster because your young, but please do remember that I only allowed Hinata to train under you because it could help her. When I came over here Hinata was not training. She was in your house. That is not training." Hiashi says with a cold voice.

"Sir we were training. Hinata had passed out so I brought her here to rest for a bit. That is all I swear on the Uchiha name." Sasuke explains. Hiashi's face does not change it's angered expression.

"I am the leader of the Hyuga clan. I make the final decisions about what goes on in my clan. Hinata will no longer train under an Uchiha." He claims.

"Hiashi! I am not a Hyuga. I am a Uchiha. I don't take orders from you." Sasuke shouts no longer caring about how he's seen by my father.

"You are correct about that. Although Hinata is. Hinata you will no longer be able to leave the compound unless your on a mission with another Hyuga." Hiashi proclaims while looking down at Sasuke.

I bow my head looking to the ground. I don't want to be caged in the compound. Please Sasuke help me. Silence.

"Yes father." I say. "Just let me say Goodbye." I request. He nods his head in response He walks away giving us a bit of privacy. 

"Hinata don't do this." Sasuke pleads. I shake my head. 

"Sasuke I should go with him. It'll make him less angry." I say with tears invading my eyes. He gently grabs my upper arms. 

"Hinata. You are strong. You don't need to take this bulling from him." He encourages me. I give a bit of a laugh. 

"Sasuke I'm really going to miss your jokes. I can't leave the compound but I'll be able to have visitors. Will you come see me? I mean I know your busy but I thought that maybe we were... friends?" A couple of tears drip from eyes. 

Sasuke just stares at me without a trace of emotion. I'll never understand him.

"Goodbye Hinata." He says and takes a couple steps back.
