"Wildcats Sing Along"
EAST HIGH SCHOOL
The school is full of activity. Students are mingling and discussing their vacations. Chad and a cheerleader are having a friendly game of 1-on-1. Troy and I get out of the school bus and is immediately greeted by their fellow teammates and cheerleaders. And everyone is singing.
"Wildcats, sing a-long. Yeah you really got it goin on
Wildcats in the house, Everybody say it now.
Wildcats everywhere, Wave your hands up in the air.
That's the way we do it, Let's get to it,
Time to show the world."all the team and cheerleader sing.
" Cat, Troy! How ya doing, man?" Chad asks his best friend, my brother.
"Hey, Chad, what's up?" Troy asks in return.
"Hey, guys, happy new year." I says to everybody. The cheerleaders cheer.
"Oh yes, my brothers, it will be a Happy Wildcat New Year,
because this Friday we play the league championship game, with you,
Mr. Troy Bolton, leading us to infinity and beyond!" Chad says happly.
"Hallelujah!" the team scream.
"Catlyn!" Ave, one cheerleader hugs me and I hug back.
"In two weeks we're going to the championships with you leading us to infinity and beyond." Chad told Troy.
"And we need to make up a new cheer something that's mind blowing." Penelope, a cheerleader ask me.
"I know, I already have a song and a new move cheer to show you later." I said excitedly.
"What team?" Chad asks.
"Wildcats!" All the basketball team and cheerleaders scream.
"What team?" Chad asks again.
"Wildcats!" Everybody screams once again.
"Wildcats, sing a-long. Yeah you really got it goin on
Wildcats in the house, Everybody say it now." Everyone sing.
Inside East High School, Sharpay Evans and her brother Ryan strut their way through the crowded hallways.
"Ooh! Whoo-hoo!" someone admires her.
"Guys, here she comes." Zeke says, I don't know what she see in her.
Sharpay walks past the entire Wildcat team, making them get out of her way.
"Ohh." All the boys say.
"Hi, Troy. Getting ready for the big game?" Ryan ask my brother.
"Hi, Troy!" Sharpay said.
"Oh-uhm-Hi, Sharpay." Troy say uncorfotable.
"Catlyn!" Ryan notices me and his smile get bigger.
"Ryan! Hey!" I exclaimed then we hug.
"You know each other?" Sharpay asks in disgust, looking at me like I'm a diseases.
"As in you're on a talking basis?" A cheerleader asks in disgust, I just roll my eyes.
"Yeah we met at this party-..." I begin.
"I' m don't ask you so shus." Sharpay says and walks off. My jaw drop.
"Ignore her." Ryan told me.
"I always do." I told him making he smile.
"Ryan!" She yells, I don't like her.
"I have to go." Ryan told me and left.
"Bye." I smiles at him.
"Hey, the Ice Princess has returned from the North Pole." Chad said laughing "You know, she probably spent the holidays the way she always does." Chad said.
"How's that?" Troy asks.
"Shopping for mirrors." He jokes
"Ooh!" All the teammates scream.
The Wildcats and the cheerleaders laugh at Chad's joke.
"Oh Cat. Sweet, innocent, stupid little Cat." The cheerleaders hug me.
"Why am I stupid?" Iasked looking kinda offended.
"Because you fall for stupid people, like him." She told me.
I rolled my eyes and the squad laughed as they pass Taylor McKessie and her science posse.
"Ugh, behold the zoo animals heralding the new year. How tribal" She mocks us. She think that she is superios just because she is smart. I'm smart to I get always A+ in my tests.
Bell rings and we go to class.
"Wildcats everywhere, Wave your hands up in the air.
That's the way we do it, Let's get to it,
Time to show the world." They finished singing.
