chapter one, the meeting

Sebastian raised his head and sighed as the sound of an explosion echoed through the manor, It must be bard in the kitchen, "*sighs* what is that idiot of a chef doing?" Sebastian said. It was the third time Bard made a mess of the kitchen and Sebastian was fighting the urge to yell at him (Bard) but he kept his calm and emotionless expression. "Might as well see what that idiot messed up this time" Sebastian said as his eyebrow twitched slightly in irritation. Sebastian put down the rag he was using to wash the windows and started walking calmly towards the kitchen. Just when Sebastian was right outside the kitchen door he heard a crash from behind him and looked behind him as he saw an irritating sight. "*sighs* May-Rin what may I ask are you doing?" Sebastian said as he looked at May-Rin sprawled on the floor along with many broken plates and cups. "Well you see I was bringing these here cups to the kitchen yes I was but I fell and tripped," May-Rin said looking down slightly hoping and praying that Sebastian wouldn't get mad. "*sighs* fine but please do be more careful next time," Sebastian said. May-Rin's face brightened and she smiled "Yes Sebastian I'll try my hardest to be careful yes I will," May-Rin said as she started picking up the pieces of broken china. Sebastian turned back towards the kitchen door and opened it and saw Bard with his hair standing up and soot all over his face and clothes and he (Bard) looked at Sebastian "Sebastian?! Uh, I was making breakfast for the young lord and I burned it on accident" Bard said. Sebastian was trying to fight the urge to yell with all his willpower as he took a few deep breaths and spoke, "Bard pick up this mess quickly before the young lord notices now." Sebastian said and he spoke the last word in a quiet but intimidating tone of voice as bard stammered. "Y-yes Sebastian," Bard said as he started to clean up. Sebastian raised his head and his expression looked almost happy "Well this is certainly an unexpected surprise" Sebastian said. Bard looked at Sebastian curiously and May-Rin came in and walked over to Bard and they exchanged whispers with each other "Does Sebastian look happy?" Bard whispered to May-Rin. "He does look happy yes he does" May-Rin whispered back then there was a knock on the door. And Sebastian walked quickly toward the front door and opened it and May-Rin and Bard peeked around Sebastian and they saw
