Camila watched the green-eyed brunette as she tried to talk to her. Camila only spoke a few words, and by 'spoke', it meant mumbled. She was stuttering in every word that came out of her mouth and Lauren was beginning to get a little bit frustrated, especially when Normani stood up and went to the other two girls to stop them from initiating the World War III. Those two girls were fighting about something connected to music, probably about Justin Timberlake.

Camila sighed as she watched Normani walk away and left her with the intimidating girl with the green eyes. She turned her head back to Lauren, cheeks turning into a deep shade of red when she met her eyes. The girl was already looking at her and studying her moves. It made Camila feel uncomfortable, but she had always felt that way.

"Why don't you talk so much?" Lauren asked calmly, not wanting to startle the quiet brown-eyed girl. "It's only me now," she added.

Camila looked at her and shrugged even if she knew the answer. She thought that Lauren would roll her eyes with an exasperated sigh, but instead the green-eyed girl smiled warmly. For a girl with such a cold demeanor towards almost everyone, she sure had a warm smile, and for that, Camila returned the gesture.

The green-eyed girl pulled out a pen from her pocket and a notebook from her bag, tearing her eyes away from Camila for a second before staring at her once again, now with those two things in her hands. The younger girl stared at the things in Lauren's hand, wondering what Lauren wanted her to do.

"Here," Lauren handed Camila those two items. "I'm going to ask you a question and you're going to write it down," She answered Camila's unspoken question. Camila looked at the girl, raising her eyebrow as if telling her that it was a bad idea. "Just do it," she scoffed.

Camila rolled her eyes playfully as she took the pen and wrote on the paper. Showing it to Lauren, it said "I'm not mute, u know. Ps, this is a bad idea."

"Do it, stubborn head," Lauren rolled her eyes as Camila raised her eyebrow in response to that nickname. The brown-eyed girl sighed as she wrote another word down on the notebook.

"K fine," it read.

"What is your full name?" Lauren asked. Camila glared at her before she wrote down her full name and showed it to Lauren.

"Karla Camila Cabello," it read in a very messy handwriting.

"Cabello?" Lauren asked confusedly. Camila nodded. "Your last name means hair in Spanish, do you know that?"

"Duh, I'm Cuban," Camila wrote on the notebook again before showing what she'd written to Lauren.

"Really? I am, too," Lauren flashed a bright grin at Camila. "Now read your full name to me," she commanded sternly. Camila's eyes widened at the sudden change of Lauren's demeanor as she looked at Lauren with pleading eyes. "You have a voice, do it," the green-eyed girl demanded and Camila had no choice but to obey her or the green-eyed girl might eat her alive. But if that really happened, who was she to complain though? That would actually be great if she put it that way. Camila shook her head to ignore her dirty thoughts.

Camila was really intimidated by Lauren, but to be honest, who wouldn't be? And she was a little confused by the way that girl was acting towards her. For most of her life, no one even bothered to spare her a second glance so the attention Lauren was giving her was foreign. Normani did spare her a second glance but that was it and nothing more.

Also, she knew Lauren as the intimidating girl who could kill you in just one look with her emerald eyes. She never knew that Lauren had a soft side. Well, she never really knew anyone's side. She was too busy impaling herself with sharp words to notice.
