(8:30 p.m.)
Mike and Ethan were passing a football back and forth while Martha and Rebecca were gossiping about some new girl at their school on the twins, Ethan and Martha's, private bus.

By the window in the back, Nadia sat, staring out the window at the summer sun setting, with her head rested on her hand. She was thinking about someone dear to her that she had met about eight months before the trip.

"I wish he could've came..." She thought out loud.  Martha overheard this comment and turned to her, tucking a strand of her brown hair behind her ear.

"Dreaming about your boyfriend Alec again are we now?" She giggled.

Nadia rolled her eyes and brushed her jet black hair away from her face, which started tickling her nose.  "That's none of your business..."

Martha laughed. "Alright. Whatever it's totally obvious you are anyway." She turned back to Rebecca and started talking again.

Nadia went back to looking out the window, an uneasy feeling settling in her stomach and beginning to grow the closer they got to the lodge.  She shrugged it off and went into thought again.
(9:45 p.m.)
The group walked up to the front door of the quite eerie looking lodge, bags in hands.  Ethan grabbed his keys and unlocked the door. He opened the door, cringing at the obnoxious creak it made.  He walked in the house, the others following after him.

Nadia had one foot through the doorway when she heard a twig snap loudly in the woods behind her.  She turned her head around and gazed out upon the trees.

Maybe her eyes were playing tricks on her but she could see a shadow followed by the outline of a mask.  She shook her head, shaking it off and walked into the lodge, closing the door.
