Mitch's P.O.V:

I'm freaking out.

He's literally just gone and messed everything up. He just said it casually as if I would nod or something stupid like that.

All this time...I've been blind to the fact that my older brother is-

I don't even want to think about it.

I didn't mean what I said. I have nothing against him. It just hurts that he knew and didn't tell me.

Some brother I am. Standing there and calling him disgusting in front of the boys.

I take a deep breath in, leaning against the door of the hospital.

I shudder, feeling the bruise on my back as a result of Ash driving me into the wall. I wipe the rest of the blood from my mouth with my sleeve.

I shut my eyes, composing my thoughts.

Then I stand up with all the fight in me and walk straight back in.

Sam is sitting there, with tears streaming down his face.

The boys are still surrounding him, with looks of shock on their faces.

Ash sees me and then swallows.

"Mitch I'm sorry..." He says again. "Are you okay-"

"Shut up." I say bluntly.

Ash sighs in frustration.

"Sam..." I begin. "I don't care that you're gay. I'm not gonna lie...sometimes I suspected it. But I didn't want to call you out and hurt your feelings. You're my G, Sam. And my big brother. And I'll love you no matter what. Forever."

"Thanks..." Sam says.

He stands up and we hug quickly. I don't want to get all emotional in front of the boys.

"But..." Warren begins. "Pel can't know."

"Why can't Pel know?" Sam retorts.

"He has a lot going on." Warren replies.

"Exactly." Ash says. "No one can tell him. Don't even think about it. He needs to sort out his own personal problems. And his relationship. It's for the best, guys."

"I just don't understand why everything has to be about Pel." Sam says.

"Diversity revolves around him..." I say. "Remember?"
