Amber's POV:

I only wake up when Perri's about to go to the studio.

"You're awake..." He smiles at me. "I'm going to go mix some music with Ash today. Try and patch up things between us. And I got Reid ready- he's going to take dance class today."

I just want him here with me...but I know he's busy all the time.

I smile back, remembering Reid is cancer free. I can finally breathe. It feels amazing.

"Have fun then." I say to him, before sitting up. "And be careful...you've still got a really sore leg."

"It's not that sore."

"It's pretty sore, Pel." I sigh. "Seriously- no dancing whatsoever. Promise me."

He sits down next to me on the bed.

"Fine, fine...I promise, Ambs." He says.

He kisses me on the cheek and then pulls me in for a hug.

I rest my head on his shoulder.

"Our baby's not sick anymore..." He whispers. "You can relax now."

I break away from him before looking into his eyes.

He's right.

No more worrying.

No more crying.

No more pain.

It's over.

When Pel's gone, I decide to get Topaz ready. She's in a really good mood today for some reason.

She doesn't cry at all, when I give her a bath, change her then feed her.

It's almost as if she knows.

Her brother is going to be okay and everything's fine now.

I scoop her out of her high chair and into my arms then my phone starts ringing so I balance To in my right arm then walk to pick up the phone.

And it's Terry Smith.

"Hi, Tel!" I say, excitedly.

"Hello Amber....I heard the news!" He says. "Congratulations on Reid."

"Thank you... We're literally all in such a good mood. Just want to say a massive thank you to you and Natlie for supporting us all the way. I know we've had some ups and downs but I'm so happy you were there for him when he needed you. You're always there for him..."

"Aww, thanks Amber. It's because you've been a fantastic Mum too, you know. He's always known he could make it through because of you." Terry says. "I've put you on speaker- Nat's here."
