Amber*****

Perri's POV:

I stare at my phone, cussing like an idiot. I try to call Amber's phone again and again.

I can't help feeling like something terrible has happened.

Warren looks at me, half-asleep, looking like he might faint.

I feel a pungent pain in my throat.

"Perri..." Warren says, putting a hand on my shoulder. "Let me drive you home."

"What about Sam?" I mumble, even though my mind is not with Sam at all right now.

"Forget about Sam." Warren sighs, turning back to grab his wallet from the chair. "We can't stay here for ever. Ash will sort it out."

"Yeah..." I sigh. "Doesn't he sort everything out?"

I shove my phone in the pocket of my jeans then put my hands to my head, looking down at the floor.

What do I do now?

Warren fiddles with his keys. I can tell he's tired and frustrated.

"I can drive myself..." I mutter.

"You're drunk. And you don't have a car. I'm offering to use Ash's car to drop you off at home-"

"I'm not a BABY, Warren!" I scream. "I don't need to be dropped off."

Warren grabs my T-shirt.

I kind of saw this coming.

"Let. Me. Drop. You. Off." He says angrily, between gritted teeth.

I swallow. My breath is short. Thoughts of Amber begin to cloud my mind.

"I know......I know where I want you to take me..."

Amber's POV:

I wake up.

Hyperventilating.

Gina is driving me to the hospital.

"Gina...." I say, as a sharp pain hits my side. "Gina turn this car around."

"Amber!" Gina shouts. "You're ill. At your own hen do. And for a few moments, I couldn't feel your pulse-"

"What do you think Perri is going to think if he has to come get me from the hospital?" I shout. "Gina- take me back to the club."

"No!" Gina screams, tears running down her face. "It's so hard. It's hard enough knowing what you're going through. I have to protect you. I have to-"

I lean forward and grab the wheel making a sharp turn to the left.

Gina screams and I begin screaming too, realizing what I've done.

We're spinning and spinning till the car comes to a stop. On the grass. Off the road.

All I can hear is Gina's breath.
