How I Met Roman Reigns

The next morning/NXT day

                         Chapter 8 the next morning/NXT day
      My alarm wakes me up I turn to shut it off, and I rolled over to stretch like I always do when I wake up. As I'm doing that I roll over and see that Roman is in my bed I start to freak out I look under the covers to make sure I still have my clothes on. I do think god that was a close one, I slowly get out of bed because I didn't want to wake him up he seemed so peaceful. But I spoke too soon as I was getting out of bed Joe rolled over and grabbed me and pulled me back into the bed and just held me in his arms. Oh my goodness I haven't felt this amazing in a long time.
    Good morning he said to me, good morning I said back to him. We laid in bed with Roman's arms wrapped around me for awhile, I said out loud hold me tighter and he did, I was thinking out loud, I didn't mean to say it to where he could hear me. But who cares he feels so amazing, don't let go I said. Never he whispers into my ear. I turn to face him and he kisses me again, I can't stand it anymore he making me crazy! Omg Joe we really need to stop this. He said what for, we really aren't doing anything wrong, really I said us being in bed together isn't wrong, what if someone came in here and saw us like this, you don't think they will get the wrong idea.
      He told me that I needed to stop thinking about what other people are gonna think. And I got out of bed because it was getting late and I needed to shower and get ready for my photo shoot. As I was in the shower Roman was in the bathroom too getting ready to leave and head home to spend time with his daughter. I was done showering and got dress as Joe packs his bags, I walked him to the door hoping there weren't too many people still here to see him leave. I walked him out and we stood in the door way holding hands he looked at me and said this isn't good bye, it's see you later. I couldn't help but laugh, I know I told him we do work together, He smiled and said think God for that. We leaned in for a kiss and He hugged me, he whispered in my ear and said knock them dead at NXT and I'll call you or text you later. I said okay, let me know when you get to Pensacola. He said I will and kissed my cheek, and left for the airport.
      I went back inside and packed a bag for tonight show, as I was doing that I was thinking to myself think God the show is here tonight in Austin because I really don't want to drive to another town, I can just come home and go to bed I love my days off. I woke up Sasha so we could head out not only did we have photos shoots and a show tonight we also had signing as well. I went to see if sharda was up yet and of course she was, she also had my place cleaned up too, omg I love this girl she always reads my mind. Morning sharda I said, she said morning how did it go last night because you know I saw you and Roman right. Girl it's not even like that I told her, she said uh huh right, I laughed and drank my coffee.
        I know I promise to tell you everything but I got a busy day and it's a long story, so can we talk and go at the same time, she laughed and said lets do it so excited for the show tonight. I bet you are I told her, I yelled for Sasha to hurry up so we could leave, so glad the arena is only 30 minutes from my house. I put our things in the car and waited for Sasha to bring her ass on. My phone went off it was a text from Roman saying, I just broader the plane. I text back saying okay have a nice flight stay safe. Sasha finally came out of the house and we took off for the Frank Erwin center. As we are driving along I finally open up and tell sharda everything that has happened she can't believe what I have told her, okay I said now I caught you up sharda I have to tell you guys about last night, banks said tell us what, we didn't see anything. I laughed and said good one. Roman and I are just still friends we had a Conversation about all kinds of things last night we are taking things slow, I told them. My phone rang It was Carano he's the senior director of talent relations. Hi mark I said, hi Lauren how are you this morning? I'm good I replied, great he said. Omg I'm freaking out inside why could he be calling me. I was calling you because we have this opportunity that we wanted to run by you. Okay what is it I ask, well we have a tag team making a return and we would love for you to be their manager. What! Really! Who's the tag team, I ask. Well it's Primo and Epico since Rosa usually is with them, but since she is pregnant we kind need a new manager for them. Omg mark that's amazing. He said listen you don't have to make a decision right away think about, okay sure I'll think about it I said.
   Will I still be having my own matches, I ask him. Well yes of course we don't want to take way from your character. Thanks so much mark I'll think about it and get back to you. Alright thank you have a good day he said you too bye, and hung up my phone. Omg I screamed did that just happen right now!! Damn girl Sasha said that's awesome, you should do it. You think so, I said and sharda sitting in the back seat said you would be stupid not to. Maybe I'll think about it. We got out of the car and head into the arena.
     I find my dressing room lay out my outfits I need for the shoot. I go look for the schedule to see who I have a match with tonight, I look for my name and saw that I have a match with Carmella, oh great I said and sharda said what's wrong. It's nothing I just really don't need drama tonight is all. She said what do you mean, Carmella and I have a history back when I first came to NXT I was in a relationship with Enzo amore for about 6 months and she thought it would be cool to sleep with him and that caused issues ever since. Damn girl I had no idea, she said, yeah it is what it is I told her. I just hate getting in the ring with her she is so unsafe to work with. Oh I got ya sharda said, okay let's go to hair and makeup so we can start this photo shoot.
     My phone went off again it was Joe texting me to say that he just landed. I text back to say I'm glad you made it home ok. I also told him about the offer I got. He told me that I should do it and that I should do any opportunity that comes my way. I headed to the area where I was gonna do my photo shoot at for the wwe website. Love doing photo shoots they are so much fun I get to dress up and be myself. They played music for me to dance to, I left like I was a queen for a day. The shoot took about 2 hours to do, once it was finished I went to grab something to eat because I was starving. I sat down at a table in catering with sharda who was going on and on about how excited she was for the show tonight.
   When I heard this annoying ass voice coming from behind me I turned and looked and it was Enzo and cass, here we go I said, and Sasha said just stay cool. Carmella wasn't far behind them either, here comes trouble I said. God please don't let them sit with us, I said the myself. Ezno and cass went to go sit at another table, but that didn't keep Carmella from walking over to me. What she said to me had me wanting to kill her. Hey kianna looks like you're moving up in the world, but did you have to ruin someone's marriage to get there! I yelled at her in the face saying what the fuck are you talking about, bitch! I got up from my seat because this bitch is about to get her ass kicked right now. We all know about you and Roman reigns she laughed the whole locker room knows, she told me! Ezno and cass came over to Carmella and Sasha and sharda were holding me back because they knew I would kill her. Ezno told Carmella to chill and back up off me and save it for our match tonight, was she trying to piss me off on purpose or was she right did the locker room know and if they did what did they know. Sasha said to me girl keep your cool you're at work don't do anything that will cost you your dream.
    I took a breath and said you right I can't wait to get my hands on that peace of garbage! She is always trying to start something, banks said she needs to watch herself Sasha continued. Man, what the fuck did she mean by that the locker room knows about me and Joe! I said. Sasha said girl it's nothing you know people like to talk. Nah it's not nothing obviously people know about last night, I told them what do they know, and who's the one saying it, I ask okay okay I'll tell you Sasha said. I waited for her to speak. Someone at the party took a video of you and Roman dancing together and posted it to their Instagram. Who the fuck would do something like that, I ask, well there is one person who is nitrous for that. Who I said, foxy she replied. Man I'm gonna have to talk to about that when I see her, she can't be posting shit like that for the world to see.
   My phone was going nuts oh damn here we go shit hitting the fan! My Twitter feed was blowing up fans where tweeting me and haters were talking shit saying that I was a home wrecker and whatever else they could think of to call me. I even had Roman reigns fans sending me hate tweets too. I turn my notifications off and ignored them, shit I wonder if Joe knows about this? It can't be good for him at all. Oh if he knew he would have called or something by now. I looked at the time it's 4:30 I have 2 hours until show time, I need to get out of here and clear by head. So I decided to hit up the UT gym and blow off some steam. I told sharda are you coming or staying, where you going she ask, to the gym I said.
   At the gym I could really decompress sharda ask me if I was okay, I replied yeah I'll be good don't worry. That was some crazy shit, she said yeah I know it's always like that with Carmella, I don't why but she love to push my buttons. Sharda said I think it's because she is jealous of you. I don't know maybe, my phone rang great now what I said out loud. I look at my phone and it's Joe calling I don't know wether to be happy or nervous. I answered, hello, hey, hey what's up I said. He said not much just here with my daughter, oh yeah that's nice. Hey I need to tell you something I said, he said oh yeah what that you're madly in love with me, I laughed and said no. Something happened here and if you don't know now you will, what is it he ask. Someone posted a video of us dancing last night on Instagram. For real he said was it it a good one he laughed. Joe I'm being serious it's not funny! He just kept laughing. It's all good I'm not worried about it, how can you not be worried you're still married, this could be a problem for us both. He laughed and said how?
    Well I almost killed Carmella over it because she was trying to start shit with me about it, he laughed again and said what happened? Wish I was there to see it, whatever she told me that I was moving up in the world but did I have to ruin a marriage to do it. He was quite for awhile Joe I said, yeah he replied look you already know that you weren't the cause of my marriage coming to an end. And as for Carmella saying that she just trying to get to you. Be the bigger person he said. I will and hey I have to go he said I'll call you later, okay I said. Sharda and I headed back to  the arena.
   We arrived to the arena I went to my dressing room and sharda went to her seat, she hugged me and said kick ass tonight, I will I told her. I got ready for my match picked out my ring attire it's was all black with purple diamonds on it, it looked a lot like Brie Bella's outfit that she wears a lot but mine is better. I laced up my boots and put on my kick pads and head to hair and makeup. I sat down in the makeup chair as I did that someone came over to me with a devilry, they said I have a devilry for a Lauren, I said that's me it was flowers, white roses to be exact my favorite. A www those are beautiful the makeup artist said, they are I replied I smelled them and opened the card to see who they were from, your an amazing person. Thanks for a great time last night, Roman. It's show time I had someone take my flowers back to my dressing room.
   I head to the viewing area for the show to start, that's when I text Roman to thank him for the flowers. And put my phone away because my match was up next and here's come Carmella and her gang ezno and cass. Ezno says to me hey Lauren look about earlier I'm sorry about what happened ya know, it's cool Eric it's not you its your girlfriend that I have a problem with, I said it on purpose so she would hear me. Oh I'm sorry you gotta problem with me she said, I said yeah I do you always trying to start something, and what you said before was none of your damn business, and you're one to talk, seeing that you slept with ezno at the time we were in a relationship so if anyone who was sleeping her way to the top it was you.
    And because of you, we broke up! Ezno and cass got in between us and told us we needed to chill before we got in trouble with carano. My music hit and told her that I will see her in the ring. I started to dance to iggy azalea' s fancy and making my way to the ring I could feel the crowd cheering for me and yelling my name kianna kianna kianna and they were singing I'm so fancy! It made me feel so excited to be in my home town of Austin Texas tonight these are my people. I grabbed the mic to address to crowd and my opponent. "Austin Texas how y'all doing!" They went nuts "y'all ready for a kick ass show tonight?" They started to chant women's wrestling. I said " before we get this match started I need to say something to my opponent, you know her I'm talking about Carmella!" I have never heard boos so loud in my life. Her music hit and she came out and said " all I know about you is your sawft!" I said,"bitch I'll show you who is sawft bring your fugly ass to the ring!" The crowd started chanted this is awesome. Carmella ran down to the ring and jumped in and started running her mouth like always she slaps me in the face I pull a Roman reigns and spear her ass. The ref makes us go to our corners and rings the bell.
   We lock up and I toss her to the mat I got her in a head lock she reserves and kicks me in the back and starts putting me in an arm bar I get to the ropes and break the hold. I pull her up by her hair and slap her in the face repeatedly the crowd starts counting the hits. I get her to the ropes and climb to the top rope and did my finisher on her and went for the pin and the crowd counted 123 and I won the match as the ref rises my hand the crowd was on their feet for me. I jumped out of the ring to go over to hugged sharda and my nephew and said I can't wait to go home and get drunk they laughed. I walked up the ramp as my music played and did the hook'em horns sign \m/ and blow kisses to the crowd as to say thank you. I walked back stage and went to hit the shower as I was walking back to my dressing room Sasha came up to me and said girl you killed it out there. Thanks boss, go get them I told her since her match was next.
   After I showered I said goodbye to everyone and told Sasha that I would see her Monday and she ask me who the flowers were from I said Joe she laughed and said your killing me. I laughed and said see ya banks. I walked to my car and handed the keys to my nephew because I was tried of driving. We drove sharda to the airport to go back to Georgia it's sad I couldn't spend more time with her. I hugged her bye and said have a safe trip, keep in touch. She said that she would and walked into the airport.
