     The next day I got up and got dress to start my day, I made breakfast for Joe and I we sat out on the patio as we ate and I drank my coffee. As I was cleaning up from breakfast I got a text from Brie asking if I would have lunch with her and Nikki tomorrow I told them that I would love to. After I finished in the kitchen Joe and I headed to the wwe performance center to work out and do some training. Once we got to the center I put my stuff down and sat down to put my knee brace on and ice it, while Joe got in the ring with primo and epico. I sat and watch them for awhile when I decided to do some stretches to get my knee going so I could get in the ring.
   After stretching for about 10 minutes I got in the ring and Joe told them to take it easy on me, I told him to shut up I'm fine. He laughed at me and said for me to chill. I was in the ring training my knee felt really good until Joe got me in a submission hold and my knee couldn't take so I told him to stop and he let go and ask me if I was okay I said yeah and got out of the ring and went to the gym to go work out. Joe came after me and ask me if I was okay, I told him I'm fine I just don't want to over do it. I kissed him and headed to the treadmill, I got on the treadmill and slowly starting walking on it. Once I was ready I picked up the pace and started running on it I looked over to see if Joe and primo and epico were still training and they were, so I kept getting my cardio in when I saw nattie coming my way so I stopped and greeted her and hugged her she ask me how I was doing, I told her I'm fine but my knee is another story. She told me that she wanted to help me get back in the ring and told me to call her up any time so we could train and to therapy together, I thanked her and went to shower.
     After my shower I sat and waited for Joe to finish his shower so I put up my knee and iced it, when the producer of total divas came over to me to tell me that my mom called me while I was in the shower. So I called her back and she wanted to see how everything was going, I told her its going good and about me meeting Roman's family today and that I would be home next week for my procedure on my knee she got upset because I didn't tell her about my knee earlier and was worried I told her not to worry that I would be fine and told her that I loved her and would talk to her later and hung up. Joe and I walked to the car and ask what my call was about, I told him it was my mom I was talking to and that I told her about my procedure next week and she was upset that I didn't tell her about it.
    Once we got back home Joe and I got ready to go to his family's barbecue I put my music to listen to on Joe laughed at my when I put on George strait's you look so good in love, I looked at him and said what, You can take the girl out of Texas but you can't take Texas out of girl, we both laughed as I sang along to the song. I went to the closet and picked out an outfit to wear really wish jojo was here to help me. When I finally decided on what to wear I got dressed and headed to the bathroom to do my hair and makeup, after about an hour of doing my hair and makeup I was finally ready to go and Joe was sitting on the sofa playing his Xbox while I was getting ready I sat on his lap and stroked his face and kissed him and said why didn't you shave omg you're killing me smalls, you know your mom is gonna saying something about it. He stop his game and turned it off and went to the bedroom for something after like 10 minutes he came back out and said are you happy now he had shaved, I said aww babe you shaved and kissed him on the lips.
    We made our way to his parents house in Pensacola think God for the wwe jet because we sure as hell are not gonna drive 6 hours there and back, as we board the jet Joe sat down and I sat on his lap there was music playing on the jet that has not happened before it was a playlist it was playing Bruno Mars and Whitney Houston and John legend. I ask him what's with the music, he laughed and said I know how much music relaxes you so I had them put on your playlist, aww your so sweet I love you and kissed him. He ask me if I was nervous about meeting his family, just a little I said, why he ask me, what if they think of me as someone who ended your marriage. They are not gonna think that just be yourself he said and they will love you just like I do he told me. The jet had landed so we exited and the usos were there waiting to pick us up.
   The drive to Roman's parents house wasn't that long of a drive so the usos and Joe kept talking and being stupid amongst themselves as Joe and I held hands the whole way. Once we arrived and parked, the usos went inside ahead of us as Joe and I walked in holding hands. I could feel my stomach tightening as I put a smile on my face I was greeted by familiar faces trinity and tamina and jey's wife I hugged them and kept moving. Joe introduce me to some of his cousins and than to his brother and his wife i shook their hands and we moved to one of his sisters I said hello and shook her hand, Joe kept holding my hand the whole time so that made me feel better. We headed outside to meet the rest of the family, he introduced me to his uncle his dad's twin then we went over to meet his other sister and her husband. When we finally came to his mom Joe said hi to her first she kissed his cheek and he hugged her, she said omg you finally shaved, Joe laughed and said yeah well between you and Lauren I really didn't have a choice. I laughed, and said hello to his mom and she hugged me and said that I was more beautiful in person. I said aww thank you as she winked at Joe and said this one is a keeper I like her she got you to shave, Joe and I both laughed as we held hands and went to say hi to his dad, Joe whispered in my ear saying that wasn't so bad was it, no I said. Went and said hello to his dad and rikishi his dad hugged really tight and said oh your beautiful, as I said thank you.
     We all sat down to eat and since Roman's family is catholic and so am I we said grace before we started eating. We all started eating and talking and the usos put it on smackdown so we could watch it Roman's dad was so into it that he was yelling at the tv, Joe and I laughed and I said now I see where you get it from. After we finish eating Joe made me sit on his lap again and put my knee up and went to get me an ice pack. When his brother came over and ask me what happened, I told him about my knee and the procedure and he ask if this was my first injury I told him no that this knee I hurt before back in college playing sports so it nothing new to me. Well just be careful he told me I'm sure my brother is worried about you, yeah I know he is I said. After a while Joe's mother came over to talk to me she sat down said that she has never seen Joe so happy and that he lights up when he talks about me. Yeah well I'm pretty crazy about him and he's a very amazing man and I'm just so blessed to have him and jojo in my life I told her. You really did a wonderful job in raising him I told her, she just smiled at me and said thank you. We talked for a while and than while it was just me and her I told her what I wanted to do for Roman's birthday and ask her if she could help me get his family to Hawaii but I wanted it to be a surprise, she said she was willing to help me and gave me her number so we could relay info to each other.  
    All the men were outside talking laughing and drinking I went inside to help Joe's mom clean up actually all the women were cleaning very typical I felt like I was back home because at any family function the women did the cooking and cleaning. After we finished cleaning Joe came to check on me he hugged me from behind and told me he loved and said I needed to get off my knee that I'm over doing it. When his mom said Joseph leave her alone she fine she will sit down when she is ready to. I laughed and said thank you he's been on my case all day. He kissed me and walked back outside and ask me to bring him beer when I was down and I looked at him like why couldn't you just get it yourself. Anyway once we finished I headed outside to give Joe his beer and I started to walk away to go finish talking to his mom he grabbed me and made me sat on his lap and said are you ready to go home because he needed to pack for his house show this weekend, I told him yeah we can go if you want to. We said our goodbyes to everyone and headed to the car, we drove to the air strip and board the jet. I was tired so I fell asleep on Joe's lap, I could feel him stroking my face and massaging my head. I slept the whole way there joe woke me up once we got to Tampa, once we were in the car Joe and I talked about us not being together this weekend and what I was planning on doing while I was home.
    As he held my hand all the way home I ask him if there was anything he wanted me to do for his mom on Mother's Day while he was gone, he said no that he has taken care of it already. We had arrived home so I walked in to the apartment and went to change my clothes, after I went to take off my makeup and undo my hair. Once I was finished Joe was packing his stuff up I went over to him and hugged him from behind and kissed his shoulder and told him I was gonna miss him and ask him not to go. He turned around and hugged me tight and said I love you but you know I have to, if I could stay I would. I said I know with a sad face and got into bed, I turned the tv on and watch a marathon on general hospital while Joe finished packing. I must have fallen asleep because I could feel Joe getting in the bed with me and put his arms around me and kiss my cheek and said goodnight baby. I turned over and put my head on his chest and said goodnight babe I love you as I hugged him as we went to sleep.
