Chapter seven

Henry P.O.V

Two weeks. Two weeks that Ray has been captive. I wasn't working today,it was a Sunday afternoon. I paced my bedroom. Then,I spotted my guitar and microphone. I picked it up and thought about Ray. Tears pricked my eyes as I sang Sad Song by We the Kings.God,I missed him! That's it, I'm going to save him. I put my things down and jumped out the open window.

Ray P.O.V

I miss Henry and Charlotte so much. They were like kids to me,especially Henry. Those perky brown eyes,melting into sadness. I hated to see how he'd be suffer without me. He loved me,even if he never said it. And I loved him. I've been beat,kicked and cut. But,its for Henry. Then I heard a crash. Then yelling. Someone yelling Kid Danger.....

Henry/Kid Danger P.O.V

I kicked down the door and someone yelled Kid Danger. I took a shaky breath and looked up. Veronika came forward. "I want Ray back!" I demanded. She smiled and said no. I took a step back,she stepped forward. She had a knife in her hand. My heart raced as she grabbed my arm and held it to my neck. I struggled under her grasp. She held me tighter. "Shhhh,calm down" she said sweetly. I jerked and the knife made a slight cut on my neck. It bled,but I'd live. Veronika smiled at the wound. I fell still,bit my lip and screamed.

"RAY HELP ME!" 

Ray P.O.V

I heard Henry yell for me to help him. I jerked up and raced to the locked door. I banged against it. I'd never get out. But I needed to save Henry. There was a little glass window on the door. I winced for my idea. I punched the glass,it shattered into a thousand pieces. I felt around for the door handle, finding it,I opened the door. There I saw Henry being held up by Veronika. He saw me and grabbed her hand. Twisting it,he pushed her down. Two other teens raced to him. He knocked them out. I punched four girls and five guys. We were done with the teens. I and Henry were both safe and sound. Henry raced to me,wrapping his arms around my waist. I stumbled but hugged him back,harder.

Henry P.O.V

I hugged Ray. He hugged me back. I missed our hugs,I missed everything with him. We went back to Junk-n-Stuff. But,neither of us noticed the eyes watching us from the shadows.....
