Dare 2: Sans and Papyrus' house

"Frisk I don't wanna..." Chara whined. They had to go to Sans and Papyrus' to deliver a pie that Toriel made for them. "Why can't you just go alone?"

"Because I hate going alone!" Frisk replied.

"You went alone through the underground" Chara shot.

"Well things have changed!" Frisk shot back. Chara flinched. She had never made Frisk angry... except for the genocide runs but he was more sad then mad.

"Frisk I-"

"I'm sorry..." He apologised. "...come on...we've gotta get going, it'll be dark soon..."

The rest of the trip was silent. It wasn't that long of a trip anyway. What worried Chara was how Sans would react. It won't matter as long as Frisk was there. At least he could be  protection ... not that she needed protecting.... more likely Sans... or maybe not....

They soon arrived at their destination. Chara stood behind Frisk  as he knocked on the door. Luckily for Chara, Papyrus opened the door.

"HELLO HUMANS! WOULD YOU LIKE TO COME INSIDE MY HUMBLE ABODE?" Papyrus greeted as he welcomed them inside. Frisk happily skipped in while Chara just walked. Then Sans came downstairs.

"Hey bro, who was at the do-" he started until his gaze met Chara's gaze. She looked around nervously moved further behind Frisk.

"HELLO BROTHER! THE HUMANS ARE HERE! REMEMBER FRISK? AND THIS HUMAN IS.... UM... WHAT'S YOUR NAME AGAIN?" Asked Papyrus.

"...Chara...?" She answered, not making any eye contact. His eye flickered a cyan blue at the sound of her name.

"Uh... Papyrus? Why don't you show Frisk where to put that pie?" Sans suggested, his pupils dilating.

"NYEH! GREAT IDEA SANS! COME ON TINY HUMAN! I'LL SHOW YOU WERE OUR FRIDGE IS!!" Papyrus exclaimed as he drug Frisk to the fridge, leaving Chara and Sans alone.

"...u-um...s-so..." Chara stuttered as she rubbed the back of her head. Sans chuckled.

"So... you've been brought back huh?" He began. Chara backed away as Sans approached her. "Well then.... you're gonna answer a few questions, alright?"

"U-Um..." She started but was soons interrupted.

"First, what are you doing here?" Sans asked, his eye glowing.

"T-To repent?" She answered.

"Nope... wrong answer" he said as he readied his bones to hit Chara. He launched them towards her and she was like a deer in the road. She closed her eyes and braced herself for the pain... but it never came...

"Huh?..." she said as she opened her eyes only to see a flash of blue and purple.

Frisk fell to the ground. At least he wasn't dead. But it seems his hp was pretty low by seeing him in this state.

"Frisk!" Chara exclaimed as she rushed over to see if he was ok. She checked how much hp he had. 7hp. She got out her chocolate bar and offered it to Frisk, but he denied it and stood up.

"Sans what were you thinking?!" He looked around to check if Papyrus was anywhere near them. Seeing as he wasn't, Frisk continued.

"I know you think she hasn't changed but I do! You know what? We're out of here! Come on Chara!" He yelled as he grabbed Chara's hand and dragged her towards the door.

Once they were outside, Chara turned to Frisk.

"Frisk...I'm sorry..."

"What are you talking about Chara? It wasn't your fault..." he replied.

"....And Frisk?..." she asked looking up.

"What is it Chara?"

"T-Thanks..."

He smiled. "No problem Chara."

Me: well that took longer than I thought that I didn't get to updat my other story... oh well... better than nothing right?
