8. Off to jail

Tyler's P.O.V

The ambulance came, and the police came with them.

"So, would you mind telling me what happened?" The police officer asked me.

Before I could answer, Alexis came walking down the stairs "What's going on?"

I walked over to her "Hey Lexy!"

She pushed me away "I'm still mad at you."

I sighed.

She walked over to Brandon and stood next to him, crossing her arms and looking at me. "So?"

I just ignored her, and went back to the police officer.

"So, what happened to him?" He asked.

"Well, my friend Carter beated him." I said.

"That's very serious sir, and why?" He asked.

"Well, he and my friend over there Lexy were about to kiss, but Carter stopped them and took Luke to the basement and started beating him." I said.

The officer was nodding his head and writing down what I said on his notepad.

"Where's Carter now?" He asked.

"I don't know, officer." I said.

He nodded and put his pen and notepad away. "Just one more thing, son."

"What is it?" I asked.

He turned me around and started cuffing my hands.

"Woah! What are you doing?" I asked.

"You're part of the kidnap group. Carter Daniels is your leader." He said.

"Shit." I muttered.

"Nice going, Ty!" Cody said getting his hands cuffed.

"Grab the girl." One of the officers said.

Another police officer grabbed Lexy.

She screamed "Ahh! What are you doing?"

"Don't worry, mam, we're going to get you home." He said.

"No!" She protested.

"Leave her alone!" I yelled.

"Shut up!" The police officer yelled pointing a gun to my head.

Alexis got tears in her eyes "Please don't!"

"Shut the hell up, and I won't!" He said.

We all got quiet.

We got took to the police car. I looked out the window and saw a police officer pushing Lexy into a car.

"Where are we going?" I asked.

"Prison!" The officer said.

"Prison?!" We repeated shocked.

"Do you realise what you guys have done? You've kidnapped and murdered 3 people! And it was about to be 4!" He said.

"No! Carter kidnapped Alexis because he loved her." Cody said.

"Tell it to the judge!"

Lexy's P.O.V

"Where are you taking me?" I asked.

"To the police station so we can send you home." He said.

"I don't want to go home." I said.

He hit the breaks "Why?!"

"Because I'm in love with my kidnapper. He kidnapped me so he could be with me." I said.

"so, that's basically stockholm syndrome." He said.

"Yeah." I said.

"Well, I'm sorry mam, you're mom wants you home, she needs and misses you." He said.

"I miss her too, but I want to stay." I said.

"Sorry."

He began to drive again.

I started crying "No! Please!"

He ignored me and continued driving.

"Carter please help me." I whispered crying.
