The Unexpected Encounter

Chapter 2: Weird

I showed the new kid around the school and now we are here near the school library.

"I need to borrow some books before I return to the classroom. You can go back first"
"Nahh I also need to go to the library and borrow some books Jihoonie."
"hey, don't call me jihoonie, you are lucky that I don't have my guitar with me now. If not I'll definitely smash against your head."
"wow wow take it easy. Jihoonie is a cute name. Why don't you like it?"
"I am going to grab my guitar right now."
"Ooopss. Haha i'm sorry Jihoon"

I look at him and then enter the library, i go to the counter and ask the lady
"Hello, I'm Lee Jihoon. I've reserved some books to borrow. May I take those books now?"
"Yes of course Mr Lee. Wait a second."

While I am waiting for my books, that new kid suddenly wraps his hand around my neck and asks
"So, you like reading books huh?"
I look at him and put down his hand as I am not really comfortable having such skinship with someone I just met.

"I do like reading books. But hey aren't you gonna borrow some books? You've finished?"
"Nahhh I'm not interesting in reading books."
"What?"

Then why he said he also need to borrow some books?

"Mr Lee, here are your books. I've already help you registered. The due date is after two weeks. Enjoy your reading." The lady in the counter says.
I take my books and greet the lady and leave the library.
I turn around and asks the new kid
"If you are not borrowing books then why you need to come to the library with me?"
"I don't know. I just want to follow you."

What an annoying guy.

Time flies

It's lunch time. I walk to the cafeteria with Seungkwan and Vernon.
"So I heard that you just showed the new kid around the school huh?" Vernon asks
"How come you know it?" I ask as Seungkwan and Vernon are in the first year, I'm in the second year. I didn't expect he will knows.
"Well, I heard it from one of our classmates as you know, you are quite 'famous' because no one approach you besides us."

Well, he says the truth. The kids in this school probably thinks that I am weird because I am not willing to let others approach me. Except Seungkwan and Vernon. So when those kids saw me showing a new kid around it must surprise them and they'll definitely gossiping about it. Then everything makes sense that why Vernon classmates know.

"Yes I did." I reply them.
"Wow really? I thought my classmates were just lying. What happend today huh? Our Lee Jihoon showed the new kid around?" Seungkwan says in an amazement.
"Well he beg me and I can't stand it so I just agreed but now I regret."
"Why? That new kid seems like a good guy."
"He is too noisy and annoying for me, he keeps on disturbing me when I am trying to concentrate in class."

By the time I finished my sentence. That new kid suddenly appear.
"Hey Jihoonie! Let's go to have lunch together!"
"WHAT? HE CALLED YOU JIHOONIE! WHY I CAN'T CALL YOU JIHOONIE ALSO?" Seungkwan exclaims.

What the hell is going on right now

"FIRSTLY, DON'T YOU DARE TO CALL ME JIHOONIE, SEUNGKWAN. SECONDLY, YOU, THE NEW KID. STOP CALLING ME JIHOONIE. I WILL GRAB MY GUITAR AND HIT BOTH OF YOU IF I HEARD IT ONCE AGAIN, I SWEAR."
"Hyung calm down, Seungkwan won't called you again." Vernon come to my side and says to me.
"And we are now catching others attentions hyung." He whispers.

Yes, attention. I hate grabbing others attention. I calm myself down a little bit and I heard Seungkwan says
"Sorry hyung, I won't call you that name forever." I pats Seungkwan's shoulder and says "it's ok. Sorry I'm too over reacted"
