"Colette, I'd like you to meet someone," my sister, Cerise, said, pulling me through a sea of bodies. My heels clicked on the hardwood floor and I tried my best to fix the mini-dress that seemed to be falling of my body.
We stopped behind a guy who was slightly taller than me, and I knew if my heels were off he'd be way taller than me, with long black hair and a butt that I would like to bite way too much.
"Mike," Rise said and he turned around. I thought I was gonna pass out. It wasn't just any Mike, it was Mike Kuza. The man of my dreams! I gripped my sister's hand so I wouldn't fall over. "This is my sister, Colette. Cole, this is Mike Kuza."
"Pleasure to meet you," I said, grinning and holding my hand out to him. He smiled back. Oh that smile.
"The pleasure is all mine," he said, bringing my hand up to his lips and kissing it softly. I blushed and looked down. I heard a small chuckle come from his lips.
"Umm, I need to go talk to someone over there," Rise said and walked away.
"So what brings you here tonight?" Kuza asked. We started to move around the room, almost bumping into people. My sights were set on this godly man. I could've cared less about the people I was constantly bumping into. He pulled me into what seemed to be a rather wide hallway.
"Well, Cerise kind of just dragged me here. I didn't willingly show up," I said with a small giggle, being honest. He nodded, a grin spread across his face.
"Yeah, I know what you mean," he said, casually leaning against a wall. I thought I was gonna pass out from the look he was giving me. It was so hot. Slow dancing music started to play, and he eyed me. "Do you dance, Miss Colette?"
Before I could answer he grabbed my arm and pulled me into the main room. One of his hands found my hip and the other went to my hand. I placed my hand on his shoulder and we swayed slowly to the music. It was nice. I hadn't expected anything like that out of Kuza.

"Call me sometime," he said, handing my phone back to me. I shook my head.
"You call me," I said, the largest grin of my life spreading across my face. He rose a drawn on eyebrow. I felt like I was gonna melt.
"You can be sure I'll be doing that," he said and was gone. Cerise came up next to me.
"So," she said, a smile spread across her lips. I shrugged.
"I'm surprised he even talked to me."
She laughed. "I think he would've talked to you regardless."
"But he's shy," I said, slightly embarrassed that I had so much knowledge of him.
She was still smiling. "He's been drinking. He talks more when he's drinking."
That thought made me frown. He never would've talked to me if he hadn't been drinking. Why should I be surprised?
"That's nice to know," I said, slightly let down as my phone vibrated in my jacket pocket. I pulled it out. It was Kuza.
Kuza: Hey.(:
Me: Hey.
Kuza: How are you?
I was known for my honesty.
Me: Disappointed.
Kuza: Of what?
Me: I didn't know you were drinking tonight.
Kuza: Is that a problem?
Me: Well, no, but my sister said you talk more when you're drinking 'cause you're usually shy.
Kuza: Well I don't always talk more when I'm drinking, you just caught my attention.(;
I blushed slightly and grinned. Kuza was perfect, he could get a million girls, but I caught his attention.
Bullshit.

I seriously suck at starting stories so if this is pretty boring at the beginning I'm sorry. It'll be worth it if you keep reading it though, I swear.(:
