"What do you even wear to a date?" I asked Rise the next day. She shrugged.
"I just wear stuff that looks nice, or go shopping," she said then smiled widely.
I held my hand up. "No!"
"Please Cole, you'll love it," she said, holding her hands together. I shook my head. "I'll help you pick something, and trust me. He won't be able to keep his eyes off of you."
I frowned. "His eyes are always on me. I feel like he can see my soul."
"He probably can," she said with a small snicker. "So, can we go shopping or what?"
I sighed heavily. "Fine." I slipped my boots on and we walked out to her car. "Can't I just barrow something from you?"
"Like what?" She asked. I shrugged.
"You have stuff that makes guys stare, so you pick." I tried to barter. I hate shopping, unless it's for shoes.
After a few moments of her thinking, she finally nodded and we got in her car, heading to her house.

"What do you want to wear?" Cerise asked, looking at her huge closet.
"What do you think I should wear?" I asked rhetorically.
"Well considering you're going on a date you need to look good, but, I'm not sure if you should wear a dress," she debated with herself. After doing that for a while, she pulled out a dress and nodded. "This, but you have to wear heels."
"I don't want to wear heels," I whined, taking the dress. It was a really pretty dress.
"You do realize that he's like a foot taller than you and without heels he'd probably pat you on the head any chance he got," she said and laughed.
I stuck my tongue out at her. "He's still taller than me if I'm wearing heels."
"But not as much taller, so he can't pat you on the head and mess up your hair," she said, tousling my hair. I glared at her.
"Fine, I'll wear stupid heels." I growled. "Do I have to look all pretty?"
"Have you never gone on a date before?" She asked. I looked at me feet. "Oh my God! You're a date virgin!" She laughed. "Well, apart from the actual virgin-ness."
"Shut up!" I yelled, getting extremely embarrassed. "You better not tell Kuza!"
She stopped laughing and stared at me with regret in her eyes.
"I'm gonna fucking kill you!" I said and practically tackled her. Yeah, she was definitely getting kicked. No doubt about it.
