I can't lead Calum on. It's not fair to him and there's no way I can get to Harry. Hell, I might have already messed that one up, I've dated his only friend for crying out loud. This boy was still a mystery, though I already found out basic information for my boss. Or, ex boss.

I decided I needed to deep digger, stalk Styles a little bit more. Find out more about him, but more personal. I'm not the best with confrontation, especially with a perfect boy who takes no interest in me. I sigh at the thought that comes to my head, but follow through anyway. Soon enough I'm at Calums house, about to pick him up for a date. Driving towards towns soon becomes easier and seems to go faster.

"Hey babe, you ready?" He asked me.

I mentally cringed but nodded. I took him to my car and drove him to a nearby coffee shop. I brought him here for two reasons, one to break up with him, and the other to find out more about Harry. I wasn't sure how to go about this, but I decided to figure it out when the time came.

Calum ordered black coffee, which I have never understood how anyone drank, while I ordered a sugary coffee. Honestly, it was hardly even coffee, more creamer. It's what helped me get through the day though therefore I drank it all.

Within a few minutes of casual talk, Calum announced he needed to go to the bathroom. I immediately found my chance as Calum left his phone on the table. A huge wave of relief washed over me as there was no passcode. I pulled up the text messages with Harry and scrolled through. There was mainly basic messages such as 'when will you be home?' 'Where are you?' And such. Finally I found something interesting.

"Are you with Ashton again?
-Harry'

'Maybe, is that an issue?'

'I don't trust him.
-Harry'

I groaned, just what I need. I continued to read though.

'What has he done to you?'

'I just get a weird feeling, it's a gut feeling and mine are hardly ever wrong. There's something off about him.
-Harry'

'Dude, why are you signing your texts?'

'Don't change the subject on me here. I don't want you around him.
-Harry'

'Okay mom, will I be grounded when I get home?'

The conversation ended there, though I get the vibe something's off. The messages after that are from the next day and don't even relate. I continue to scroll but I find nothing. A voice interrupts me.

"Can I help you find something or will you just continue to snoop?" Calum spit out.

"I'm sorry, I was looking for games?"

Calum sported clearly not believing my lie.

"Harry was right." Calum muttered, clearly not thinking I would hear.

"Sorry?" I sassed out.

"Nothing. Forget it."

"No I won't forget it. You can't even trust me? Is there something on your phone you're hiding?"

Calum looked at me in bewilderment.

"You're turning this on me?" He asked incredulously.

"It's always about you isn't it? You know what, we're done."

I walked away with wide eyes, I suppose that's one way to end it. I left Calum there, knowing he isn't far from home so he will be okay. I began to drove home when my cell phone rang.

"I know when that hotline bling!" I greeted my blonde friend.

"Ash, nows not the time. Louis is in the hospital." Luke shouted in a panicked voice.

"Text me the address." I suddenly made my 45 minute ride to 20 minutes. I ran through the hallways of the hospital. You know in dreams where you're running and you just can't get to where you want to be? It felt like time slowed down, and no matter how quickly I put one foot I front of the other, I couldn't make it. After what seemed like a longer run than my drive, I found my friends. They were all crying on the floor of the waiting room. Luke had his arms wrapped tightly around Niall, yet it looked like he was afraid to break him.

"What happened?" I tried to keep my frantic voice calm, though I was failing miserably.

"He just, blood, he was, ahh!" Niall attempted to speak through crying, though it was hardly understandable. I direct my eyes to Luke, in hopes he could explain.

"Niall found him on the floor. He was covered in blood. His own blood." Luke whispered. Niall cried harder and I went to find a doctor. All I could hear was my own heartbeat as the world around me started spinning. I couldn't help but picture my friend alone, most likely with cuts everywhere. I started shaking and soon I was in a room of my own.

My eyes opened and they drifted to my arm. I had an IV in there, though I don't personally think I need it. I grabbed the IV and carefully took it out of my arm. I considered doing it all dramatic like the movies, but that sounds more painful so I decided against it. I left my room and went to find Louis. I wandered around in this paper nightgown I was forced into. I don't remember it, but I hated it. My hands flew down to this fashion monstrosity and my ass was definitely hanging out. I walked back to my room and changed before more people could see my bare ass.

As I made my way out of the room, I was pushed back my doctors running with a man on the bed. They were screaming about how they're losing him. It may have happened within a blink of an eye but it was undeniable.

Louis.
