I woke up with my phone ringing. I rolled over and answered the phone.
It was Phil.

Phil: (Y/n), it's okay. I was just going to tell you that I'm happy for the both of you. I can tell Dan really likes you a lot and all I want is for the both of you to be happy. I love you both very much and I want to see you both be very happy together. Don't-... Hi Dan..!

Dan: *Says from far away* HI (Y/N)!

(Y/n): Hi Daniel.

Phil: sorry about that. As I was saying, don't be sorry. You can't help the way you feel. I'm sure I'll find someone else, it'll just take some time.

(Y/n): Phil, you're totally right! I want to set you up on a blind date with someone. Are you up for it?

Phil: Uh, yeah, sure why not.

(Y/n): GREAT!

Phil: Hey, I got to go. Dan's calling me because we have to eat and watch anime together and he's waiting. Don't tell him, but I was eating his cereal again last night..

(Y/n): Phil! You know Dan hates that! Bye bubby, see you soon.

Phil: Alright, see you soon.

Then I pressed the red end button.

I went into the living room to find Mel sitting on the couch watching tv. She looked over at me and smiled.

"Morning sleeping beauty."

"Morning! So, I have a question for you." I said.

"Hold on," She said as she turned her body to face me and say crisscross on the couch before continuing, "Alright, go."

I nodded and asked,

"Okay, so, I was wandering if you would like to go on a blind date?"

Mel smiled threw her hands in the air.

"Yes! I'm ready to find someone and you always pick out the best guys!"

"Thanks, Mel. It'll be tomorrow. I'll take you there."

Alright, I got Mel and Phil on a date together.
