I can’t bear being like this,
When in fact everything is,
Fine as it’s meant to be.
She is sad and disappointed.
Frustrated to no end.
Sleepless nights with tears on the sheets,
Writing her pointless life in the paper sheet.
How many vases of water can she fill?
Salty tears spilling every night until the sun appears.
Painting in a canvas her ugly face,
That looks like it’s unfazed,
By the insults.
Nothing is quite right,
When everything is falling apart,
There’s no light at the end,
Just darkness tearing her apart.
Numb,
Grazing her scars with her thumb.
Like a warrior,
She still don’t give up.
Everything is so dark,
She is scared,
Of what demons might appear.
