Taylor's shriek echoed through the clubhouse, followed by her sobs. She couldn't believe her eyes. This isn't happening, She told herself, It can't be. But it was. Her father was laying on the ground in a puddle of his own blood, dead. Bentley also started kicking and screaming, saying that the men were scary monsters. The girls heard sirens in the distance, but shook off the thought of them being real, as they had been in captivity so long they were beginning to go insane.

Everything after that was a blur to them. The cops broke down the door, guns in hand, and told everyone to put their hands up. One guy who had always been the one to tie up the girls and do all the dirty work--Sam and Eleanor had concluded that he was Jake's right-hand-man--picked up the same gun that had killed Taylor's father and pointed it at Bentley. Before Taylor even had time to scream, the shot was fired. Blinded by the blur of her tears, it took her a moment to realize that the shot had not been fired at Bentley, but at the man who had intentions on shooting the small child. The gun had been fired by a policeman, hitting Jake's right-hand-man in his arm, making him drop the gun.

One of the officers called for back up while another ordered all of the men against the wall. Out of the corner of her eye, Taylor saw Jake sneak out of the back, but couldn't find the voice to say something in the midst of her tears. Two officers, who they later learned their names, Philip and Skippy, came over and untied them and waved the boys in. Everyone was happy and relieved to be reunited, mostly. Eleanor and Louis hugged nonstop, whispering to each other how sorry they were for getting angry at each other over nothing. Niall and Sam cried in each others arms.

Bentley rushed over to Liam once he was freed, hugging his leg. Liam picked him up in his arms so he could hug him correctly. With Bentley in his arms, Liam made his way over to Taylor, who was staring blankly as her fathers body was being zipped away by the coroner. "It's okay." He placed his hand on her shoulder.

Taylor turned to him. "Don't." She spat. "Put my son down." Liam did, and Taylor picked him up. "I hate you." Taylor said coldly, tears staining her cheeks.

"I didn't mean for...I wanted...I didn't think that-"

"This is all your fault!" Taylor hit Liam's chest as she walked closer to him. "If you had never called me, if you never asked me to hide you guys I wouldn't be here right now! My dad is dead! My son was just held at gunpoint!" She continued screaming at him through her sobs. The police ignored it and continued cleaning up the crime scene after gathering evidence. "This is all your fault!" She screamed again. "I hate you." She went for another punch but Liam grabbed her wrist and pulled her into him. He was beginning to cry himself.

"I'm sorry." Liam whispered, mostly to himself, as Taylor stained his shirt with tears. He repeated his apology over and over, while he stroked Taylor's hair and held her tight.

They stayed like that until Harry came over and tapped Liam's shoulder. "The police need Taylor's statement." And Liam nodded, pulling the crying teenager over to the sheriff.

The whole group sat down and explained everything from the beginning, how each of them got attacked, how each of the girls got abducted. Niall made sure to mention that he killed one of them as self defense, and that the only reason they didn't go to the cops in the first place is because of the note the men left when they abducted Sam. The sherriff scolded the boys, and told them that they should've called the cops in England when they first got attacked, but also said he had to give them credit for calling someone to help them. Taylor began crying again when she told them Jake got away, and mentioned that Jake was the father of her child. She was afraid they would all be mad at her for not speaking up about Jake sooner, no matter how many times Liam reassured her no one would be mad..
