Josh and I were going to come out to the fans. But we weren't going to do it together. Instead we were going to do it alone, but with a twist.
I got started on mine first.
"Yo wassup guys and as you could tell by the title, you probably know what this video is about. I am here to tell you that I am gay. *well, at least that part got off my shoulders.* So I haven't been hiding this for a long time, like a few years or something. I just found out around late last year around my 23rd birthday. You guys are probably thinking 'Well why do you keep saying that you're attracted to girls?' Well, obviously, it was to hide my sexuailty for a while. And when I kept saying that, I never felt happy. But now I'm glad I have the courage to tell you all, including the other Sidemen. I've already told them through a Skype call, and they'll support me the whole way through. Now onto the somewhat fun part. I found a guy whom I deeply in love with. He also lives here in London, and we get to see each other a lot."
Just then a ruffle from my bed could be heard, and when I turn around, it was him. I couldn't see him in the camera, which was good. I then flipped the screen so I couldn't really see Josh.
"As I was saying, I found a beautiful guy around the same age as me. His name is Josh."
I didn't hear my floor creak at all. Because right then and there was Josh kissing my cheek and standing next to me. My eyes went wide, and when he pulled away, I brought out the screen again.
"It's not just any Josh. It's the Zerklebog. And I know I kept saying that I'm into blondes as well, but he's the nicest and cutest brunette that I've met in my life." I then hugged him.
"Just to let you know, we've only been dating for a few months now, but they've definitely been the best few months of our lives." Josh said to the camera.
"Now I know some of you guys may not approve or hate us now, but I guess that's just how life goes. I get it if you wanna unsubscribe from the both of us or dislike this video. We understand. But to the rest of you guys, thank you guys who have watched it this far into the video. Thank you for all the support you've been giving us for the past few years! It's been crazy. But I'm gonna stop my rambling there. Thanks for watching I guess. And See ya!"
I finished my outro, and I looked up at Josh. He patted me on the shoulder.
"Good job babe. But now it's my turn to record."
We went downstairs to Josh's room where we did the exact same thing, but this time I was the one who was gonna appear from under the bed sheets.

We then finished both of our recordings and edits of our coming out video. It wasn't the best, but it wasn't the worst thing that we've ever had to do in our 23 years. Josh and I then uploaded the video at the same time, and I gotta admit, I could just see people already unsubscribing or leaving hate comments.
Josh and I looked at the comments together after a few minutes had went by. We scrolled through it, and we didn't see much hate.
Josh and I laughed at that one. "At least we're getting a lot of support. And remember, if anyone leaves a hate comment, they're just jealous of us." Josh winked at me and I laughed.
