Riley Matthews was popular.
You may think she was popular for her Beautiful looks and clothes, but nope. Riley was popular for being a genuinely nice person. Everyone liked her maybe even the devil.
She never noticed me.
I think she once asked me if I had a pencil she could borrow. Ever since I laid eyes on Riley my heart became attached. She was everything a boy like me would like to be with.
I'm Farkle Minkus.
I'm what you would call a nerd. I love science, math, geography, and any school subject existing except phys ed and health class.
I love school for two reasons.
First reason is that I get to escape the pandemonium I call the Minkus household and the second reason I get to see Riley.
We're 17, starting 12th grade.
