The gun had run out of bullets when they were fighting the sempits, so there was only a click coming from the gun, but no bullet.

"You're lucky the gun didn't fire. If it had your throat would be bleeding and you'd be choking up your own blood." Ida kept the Machete under her throat, just in case she'd try something.

Siri's hands were trembling, she hadn't had any food for the last few days, she dropped the gun. Siri realised that she almost shot a normal human that hadn't done any harm.

"I..." Vivi grabbed her hands.

"Ida, can you get a bowl of soup? Siri must be hungry." Vivi finally spoke, with a small smile, even.

"ARE YOU MAD?! SHE ALMOST SHOT YOU RIGHT IN THE HEAD! IT EVEN LEFT A MARK!" Ida pushed the Machete harder against Siri's throat, it made a small cut. Vivi touched her forehead, it was bleeding a little.

"I'm fine, just please get some soup, it's downstairs by the fireplace." Vivi said calmly. Ida reluctantly put down her machete and went downstairs without another word.

Downstairs waited a surprise, she stopped and staired at them. Ida put her hand on her weapon.

"You're the prick that stole one of my knives!" Ida was surprised that Sofie was still alive, she thought that a scar that deep would kill her, apparently not.

"Yeah, so what? Wanna fight about it? A little revenge for my arm would be really....." Sofie looked back at Matilda. ".......Sweet." Sofie took out her bat, she was ready to fight.

"Gladly, but another time maybe, my fr-.... Ally might be getting killed up there, some psycho she calls her sister might attack again, so I'm just going to get soup. Leave immediately." Ida was temped to fight her right in that moment, but she had a feeling that leaving those two alone for too long might not be a good idea.

"Oh hell no, we're hungry and tired. There's no way in hell we're leaving. So if you don't leave yourself we might as well kill you." Julia was getting mad, she pointed her gun at Ida.

"I told you to leave." Ida said simply, ignoring the threat. She started walking towards the fireplace.

"FUCK NO!" Julia shot the lamp that was right beside Ida. The sound echoed very loudly since they were still in the hall. Small thumps down the stairs could be heard.

"What's going o....... Oh! Guests!" Vivi spoke cheerfully, she was done getting into fights that day, so she preferred to let a few more people stay.

"Uh....." Everyone went dead quiet. Vivi then realised that there wasn't enough soup left for so many people.

"Well, I hope that you guys like soup. But It'll take a little longer since I have to make more, come in! Come in!" She waved them into the fireplace room, then told Ida to go get Siri.

"Well.... that's a way nicer welcome..." Matilda mumbled.

After that the food was ready, everyone sat down around a big table. There wasn't food in their bowls yet.

"So! Now there's six of us, why don't we all introduce ourselves? I'm sure that we'll be spending more time together after all." Vivi was doing her best to be as polite as possible, she didn't want any new fights. Everyone stayed quiet.

"Well, if nobody wants to start then I will. My name's Vivi." Everyone still didn't say anything. Vivi was growing frustrated.

"Say your names or else you're not getting food." That caught everyone's attention. Most of the people there were incredibly hungry.

"Fine, my name is Ida"

"Siri...."

"Julia!"

"........... Sofie."

"Matilda..." she almost whispered.

"Good. Now there's one more thing I'd like to say before we start to eat." She started. "So that it doesn't get violent in here, you'll take of your jackets, and no weapons by the table. And that includes sharp objects. This goes to everyone, especially you, Sofie. I saw that you have a lot of sharp stuff on you. Leave any weapon in your jackets." Then all chaos broke out, nobody wanted to take off their stuff and leave their weapons.

"OI! shut up everyone, I don't trust any of you either yet. But I'm doing this for your own safety, I don't want anyone getting killed INSIDE of this building, they might turn into sempits, and then thing will get messy. I'll check through everyone individually. Ida you first." Ida reluctantly stood up and Vivi immediately took out her guns from her pockets.

"How did you know I had weapons there?" Vivi wasn't listening anymore, she put Ida's stuff on the ground.

"Your turn Siri-chan- uhh just come here." Siri got up without speaking and took out her stuff herself.

"Julia..... Is this really alright?" Matilda was slightly scared.

"Well we have somewhere to stay and we get food, it's better than nothing."

After everyone was checked they could finally eat. If they had been eating like before the apocalypse, then the food probably wouldn't taste the best, but since some hadn't been eating for days straight, it tasted like heaven for them. They slowly started to speak to each other after like 20 mintues, it was awkward at first, but they got used to each other and were actually telling jokes after about an hour. They laughed and chatted until even after the food was finished, then Vivi spoke up.

"It's nice that everyone is starting to get along, but I have a few other things to say. First, the rooms. I haven't explored all of this mansion yet, so I don't know how many rooms there are. You can all choose your own rooms. The second thing is the thing I'm building outside, I'm building a wall around the mansion so that Sempits can't get inside. They aren't stronger than the average human being, so it doesn't need to be too thick. Tomorrow I'd like it if you could help me out. Then it comes to food, the vegetables are being grown outside. The rest of the food from the previous owners and emergency food is locked inside of a room, only I have a key so if you need food just come to me. And that's all- wait no, I'll wake everyone up when breakfast is ready." Vivi announced, everyone nodded and stood up. Julia helped Vivi clean up and the rest went to find their own rooms.

"Soo... you're not going to kill everyone, right?" Julia asked when they cleaned the plates.

"I've been alone for a few weeks, So no. And having people around is fun." Vivi smiled, she was relived that she didn't need to be alone anymore.

"That's good, but is it safe here? I mean, those semipits are airheads and aren't the strongest, but they could still get inside..." Julia was concerned about Matilda and Sofie, they were the closest to her.

"Well that's what the wall is for, right? So don't worry, it's going to be alright."
