"Forever Mine" *Hinny One Shot* COMPLETED

Christmas dinners and fake smiles

I waited for Ginny to come as I held a sleepy Teddy. He was spoilt with the presents from both Ginny and I, I bought him sweets, toys and teddy bears(countless they were). Ginny, she spoilt him over merely everything. I heave a long sigh, Ginny and I haven't been eye to eye after the whole "your my future" I wondered if she meant it. I couldn't help but think what would of happened if I did kiss Ginny when I had the chance to. I regret not taking my chance. Not only that but I had chances, countless! I guess I should of. Ginny won't look at me, she nearly threw my dinner at me , if it wasn't for Teddy being there she would of thrown it at my head.

My mind was focused on how I was going to make it up to her- we aren't a couple (much to my dismay) so I can't grab her and kiss her. She won't look at me-- maybe I should do what I did-- our first kiss--

**Flashback**
"WE WON!" I heard the pounding roars and screeches of my fellow teammates. My eyes landed on Ron whom was clutching the Quidditch trophy in one hand and the other hand, he waved it as if he was rejoicing in the air. Everyone yelled, bellowed and even barked out their triumph in victory. They beat them! Was all that flooded in my brain. Sadly I wasn't their due to my attack on Malfoy went south. But out of the corner of my eye- I saw her. Ginny. She had a hard blazing look as she ran towards me--and I knew. I'd be mad not to know-- that we would share our first kiss. It was indescribable, her lips. Better than fire whiskey! Better than tracle tart! It was only me and her--Ginny and I- lips locked in a passionate kiss. Only us. No other species- no noise. Silence. But the air around us lessen, I push more firmly into her lips as I let it sink in. Ginny herself let out a slight moan. My mind was blank-the fear of everything and everyone (Ron, Dean) disappeared. And slowly we parted, but it didn't take long for the woof whistles to erupt like a volcano-- Ginny's eyes fluttered open and we locked eyes. I couldn't get enough of her. I was falling. Deep. But reality hit! BANG BANG! my eyes traveled the room, falling upon a Weasley I feared who would of hexed me if he had known I had taken a fancy of the youngest and only girl for centuries. Ron- to my surprise he nodded his head in "if you must" kind of way. The monster in my chest roared in triumph as I gestured wordlessly towards the portrait hole.--

*End of Flashback*

I have to kiss her. Maybe I should? No- Cho! Potter you are getting married to Cho! I heard footsteps as they drew near. Ginny emerged from out of the rooms and stood patiently tapping her foot. I glanced at her, mouth opened--she was stunning! No scratch that!- she was drop dead gorgeous! Bloody hell. Her hair was up, revealing her neck that made me lick my lips, she had a little make-up and she wore a Caribbean blue dress that went to her knees. Showing off her long legs. The dress cuffed her body showing her skinny waist. This made my knees go weak and I was sure that if I moved I would fall flat with poor Teddy. "Harry?" Ginny's sexy voice brought me out of my daze. I shook myself out, "Ginny---you--um look stunning" I stuttered slightly. Ginny bowed her head trying to cover up her blush making me let out a chuckle. "So ready?" She asked changing the subject as she did not wait for me to go---she grabbed her purse. "Ginny?" I made to grip her forearm but he snatched it away from me- I let the rejection and hurt cease into me. "Don't. Touch. Me." Ginny hissed. I immediately let go as I heard Teddy shift in my arms. "Ginny, Josh isn't here yet" I bluntly said. Ginny looked at me for a second and then forward her gaze to the clock. Josh had told me to wait for him at eight pm. He wasn't here yet--why??? But before I could even reach for my phone the BEEP alarmed off and I knew it was him. I let Ginny ahead of me as we opened the door to a limo. "Ah Josh where on earth did you get this?" I asked amazed. "Er well my uncle owns them so why not travel in style" he winked. I nodded as I placed Teddy on my lap. He was waking up-- thank merlin. He would be a hand full if he didn't wake up. Teddy made his happy baby noises as I played with him. Josh turned to Ginny-"Wow Ginny you look gorgeous" he commented with a wink. Ginny flushed red and I grew slightly irritated by their change in mood. Ginny talked continuously to Josh more like flirting-- you would not believe how much I inched to grab my wand. Hex Josh into the next year and snog Ginny! Demand her mine and we would love happily ever after. But sadly I grunted in anger whenever Josh asked me something. As for Ginny she paid no attention to me- I was partially invisible. Dang!

We arrived and Josh acted as our bodyguard---he stayed a good distance away if not fifty feet away. I let my hand firmly grip Ginny's waist and I heard Ginny growl a response but I chose to ignore it. Teddy was now gazing everywhere in astonishment. We hurriedly walked towards the heart of the party-- I saw Karen hugging some tall bloke and I saw Josh near the bar. Joe made his way up towards Ginny, teddy and I. I let out a growl. I like Joe really nevertheless but he would not stop checking out Ginny. It was pissing me off and I would of jinxed him--pity he doesn't know I'm a wizard! Ugh.

"Lisa!" He exclaimed happily. I heard Ginny take a slight in-breath as he hugged her making me growl a little louder. The thick didn't even bother greeting me and he knew I was there when I was clearly had my hand around Ginny's waist. Not to mention firmly. I couldn't help the intense rage when I saw guys from the tables eyeing my Ginny. Your Ginny?--- "Ethan" his bored tone greeted me. Putting on my best fake smile I gave him a quick nod. "ETHAN!!" Screeched that really annoying voice. I did not want to come but i was forced! Ugh damn this job! "Karen" I smiled fakely. She gave me a side ways hug which gave me that feeling to throw up. But it was gone instantly--luckily for her.

"Thanks for coming" she grinned happily. I glanced at Ginny and I saw her glare openly at Karen. Oh I love this--my night just got interesting. Karen happily greeted Teddy with kiss on his cheeks and I too received one. But Ginny thankfully might I add cleared her throat and pointly pointed out how I was her husband. This made me happy but it was crushed instantly when I realised no. I'm not. "Am Honey could you take Ted for me I will get us drinks" i gave Ginny a look. She knew that Josh was there. She nodded and I kissed her cheek catching Ginny surprised but she covered her tracks well.

"Lookie" Josh exclaimed wistfully as he pushed his phone towards me. Curiosity got the better of me, glancing down I saw a picture, oh not just any picture. It was Ginny and I. US! This morning. Wow. She looked happy, not forced. It was Ginny. My Ginny. Oh how I miss calling her that. My arms were around her and she kept still. I miss that. I miss her. I remember her legs in-tangled with mine-- What the fuck am I doing?
"So what are you going to do Potter?" He asked happily siping his drink.

"I'm going to get her back!" Was all I said before leaving.

Okay so this is actually my second last chapter!
