Chapter 1: The Ministry Battle (Order Of The Phoenix)

Harry, Ron, Hermione, Ginny, Luna and Neville stood up quickly after falling into the Veil. Harry looked around the room and his eyes fell upon the arch standing in the center. His eyes focused on what looked like wisps of lost souls floating inside of the arch. "The voices..." Harry said nervously "can you tell what they're saying?" He asked as he walked slowly toward the arch. "There aren't any voices, Harry" Hermione responded "Let's get out of here" She added quickly as Harry continued to walk to the arch. 
Luna walked behind Harry "I hear them too" She said with a confused tone in her voice. Hermione looked at them, also confused "It's an empty archway" Hermione said nervously as she looked up, listening to the sounds of whooshing from above "Please, Harry" Harry suddenly looked up to see where the sounds of whooshing were coming from "Get behind me!" Harry commanded as he raised his wand to the point where the sounds were originating. 
Everyone else ran behind Harry and raised their wands to the same place as Harry's. Suddenly, something that looked like a trail of black wind came down on them from their left and another from the right.
The Death Eaters had arrived.
The black wind circled around Harry, Hermione, Ron, Neville, Luna and Ginny. They all waved their arms frantically and pointed their wands around the dark wind. The dark wind forced Harry to the ground, as he clutched the Prophecy in one hand and his wand in the other.  The black wind split into five parts and separated from Harry. Harry looked around and got up slowly, careful not to drop the crystal ball containing the Prophecy. 
As he looked around, he realized that each Death Eater was clutching a friend of Harry's and holding their wands to Harry's friends' heads. Ron and Hermione struggled and tried to get free, but the Death Eaters holding them just tightened their grip. Harry heard someone chuckling and looked ahead to see Lucius Malfoy, father of Draco Malfoy, walk towards him slowly "Did you actually believe," Lucius began "or were you truly naive enough..." Lucius walked over to Harry "That you," Lucius spat "truly stood a chance, against us?" A sneer creeped its way onto Lucius' snake-like features. Lucius looked at Bellatrix Lestrange holding Neville and then turned to face Harry "I'll make this... simple for you, Potter" Lucius extended his arm out and opened his hand "Give me the Prophecy now" Lucius spoke slowly "or watch your friends...die" 
Harry looked around at his friends and heard the wisps in the archway whispering once more. He then turned to face Lucius. "Don't give it to him, Harry!" Neville shouted to him. "Shh!" Bellatrix snapped and pulled on Neville's hair, bringing her wand around his neck like one might hold a knife to someones throat. Harry looked at Lucius' hand and then at the crystal ball containing the Prophecy in his own hand. He reached out and placed it in Lucius' hand. The second that the crystal ball came in contact with Lucius' ice-cold fingertips, the light inside of it faded away. Lucius smirked with pride and raised his hand to get a better look at the crystal ball. 
Suddenly, a white light appeared behind Lucius. Lucius heard the sound of footsteps and turned around to see the face of Sirius Black, Harry's Godfather, looking at him with hate. "Get away from my Godson" Sirius said before punching Lucius right in the face. Lucius grunted in pain and fell sideways. Then, instead of black streams of wind coming down upon them, white streams started raining down. Although, they reminded Harry of shooting starts sent from heaven instead of dark trails of wind. The white streams flew around the room, knocking Death Eaters onto their feet and away from Harry's friends. 
Lucius dropped the crystal ball in confusion and it smashed. White trails of light emerged from the crystal ball and then faded away as Lucius looked on in horror. Just as one of the White trails was about to come in contact with Bellatrix, she turned her body into a Dark stream and flew upwards. The white streams landed and Nymphadora Tonks, Alastor 'Mad Eye' Moody, Kingsley Shacklebolt and Remus Lupin emerged from them. 
The Order of the Phoenix had arrived.
Curses were flying everywhere as the Order of the Phoenix and the Death Eaters dueled. Tonks grabbed Luna and brought her away from the line of fire. Ginny joined them as they ran around the room, dodging the Death Eaters curses and hexes. Sirius grabbed Harry and ducked his head to dodge curses "Now listen to me," Sirius said to Harry "I want you to take the others and get out of here." Harry looked at his Godfather "What? No, I'm staying with you." Harry protested. Sirius placed his hand on Harry's left shoulder "You've done beautifully" Sirius said as he looked into Harry's eyes "Now let me take it from here" Harry looked at his Godfather and then all of a sudden, a voice rang through the room "STOP!!!" The voice belonged to Lucius Malfoy. Everybody stopped running and firing curses when they saw what Lucius was doing. He had pulled Ron out from the rest of the group and stunned Hermione when she tried to pull Ron back. Lucius was now holding Ron by the hair and looking at Harry. Lucius pointed his wand at Ron "You can't possibly think" Lucius said, a crazy tone rising in his voice "that you would all leave here... alive?" 
"RON!" Harry shouted and went to move but Sirius stopped him when Lucius pushed his wand up into Ron's neck. "Harry?" Ron asked, he sounded frightened "I think he might actually do it" Harry looked at Hermione being held by Tonks and Ginny as she sobbed silently. Lucius Malfoy pulled Ron's hair back "I need to make an example out of you, Weasley" He said into Ron's ear. "RON, NO!" Ginny cried to her brother.
Lucius pushed Ron to the ground. Ron looked around at his friends, a look of fear in his eyes "Guys, if he does it. Tell my Mum, tell her-" Ron said before Harry interrupted him, pointing his wand at Lucius "We won't have to!" Harry shouted to Ron "There's no need for this, Malfoy, put your wand down!" Lucius just pointed his wand at Ron 

"Avada Kedavra" Lucius spoke softly, like it was nothing. A green light erupted from Lucius's wand and hit Ron in the chest and making him fly backwards, hitting off the archway and slumping against it. 

For Harry, it seemed like time was standing still. Then everything moved to quickly. He launched himself at Lucius but Sirius held him back. He let out a scream of anger and sadness. On the other side of the room Hermione and Ginny sobbed as Neville covered his mouth and comforted Luna. Harry moved his elbow back into Sirius's stomach, to get free. the second Sirius softened his grip, Harry ran to Lucius. But Lucius saw what was coming and started to run out of the room. HArry followed him on a dead sprint "Crucio! Stupefy! Expelliarmus! CRUCIO! CRUCIO!!!!!" Harry cried, each of his spells missing Lucius by an inch. Finally, Harry decided to do it the old-fashioned way and tackled Lucius to the ground. Harry punched Lucius in the nose, breaking it and then looked down at the man who killed his best  friend. Lucius just laughed at Harry as Harry took out his wand once more and pointed it at Lucius "Go on then" Lucius laughed "do it!" Harry gritted his teeth and then shouted"AVADA KEDAV-"
"STOP!!!" someone shouted. Harry turned around to see Albus Dumbledore walking towards him
